Just purchased for my border collie x. He's going to love it. Has already mastered finding treats ( with locks undone)

Good job, you can also tie a string in each handle, to make them easier to pull out.

@@crcsector9 I would recommend the Hide N Slide or the DogWorker, they suit puppies great and have no removable parts.

@@Nina_Ottosson ooooooomg. I never thought to tie a string. Our blue heeler just gives up cuz he's so annoyed when they're locked. Now he doesn't even try it when them unlocked. I've gotta try the string. Altho, he might just chewy on that. lol

@@ronipillischer4693 I hope that will works, you can also place the game higher up on a box, stool or similar, that makes it easier for the dog to pull the handles out // Nina

These locks don't actually work. Even in the video at 0:11 the dog is able to slide a "locked" tile by pawing it. My dog did the same thing so it's not as hard as advertised..

That tile was not locked, I had only locked a few of them, as the dog was quite new to this game. You can tie the strings in the white handles to make it easier for the dog to pull them out.

@@Nina_Ottosson when the handle is pushed in, it is locked. That second tile that the dog pawed on was in the locked position. You can say it wasn't but literally all of us can see it on the video. Cheap toy, doesn't work as advertised.

Also struggling with this. There are some tips to avoid "rough pawing", but it really doesn't take very rough pawing to pop the doors up and over the locks. Especially since some of the lvl 2 toys have shown my dog to lift compartments UP to get at treats.

This one will be my 4th. I just received my 3rd puzzle and my dog loves it. I chose dog casino for him. These are Fantastic toys!

Thank you, you have a great selection of puzzles. You can also make a frozen puzzle by mix something tasty with water or yogurt and some tasty treats in each compartment, put the game in the freezer and let it set, dogs love frozen puzzles.

Bought this Christmas for my dog Jack Russel.. in 10 min he got all the treats pulled out… then I locked all the spaces… it took 20 min.. still looking for dog’s game that would take at least 30-40 min of his attention..

20 minutes is a long time when it comes to puzzles, it is almost impossible to create an affordable puzzle that the dog can work on for over 30 minutes. I would recommend that you freeze the games, add some water or natural yogurt with some different tasty treats or food, this prolong the game time considerably.

This toy did not work for my dog. My shepherd lifted toy by the white handle causing the blue top to hinge open and the treats spill out. The blue tops are only connected on one side. She learned very quickly to lift the toy to get the treats.

My dog is verry smart and know exactly how to fix her first braingame, i want to get this one for her birthday august 8 so this one is not so easy as the one that she is having now ha ha, this one is harder to do, so i will get this one for her when she is having her birthday ha ha

I would love to know how you train your dog to use the locks! Our puppy has no problem with the basic part and the locks unlocked. But once you lock one she doesn't understand and I don't know how to show her how to do it.

I didn’t train… I left one space unlocked as otherwise you cannot move the rest of parts. My dog found out himself I just showed him the treats I put inside..

My pup was apparently able to move the locked tile... she can't get the rest of the treats b/c the tiles won't shift enough, but still.
