for those that are wondering: the smiling critters merged together inside of dogday and ate his insides to replace where they consumed and the reason why dogday was choking and gargling its because due to the fact that they chewed off his vocal cords yw. Edit: HOLY SHOOT SO MANY LIKES I didn’t know I would get this many likes lol XD

the biggest plowtwist possible that could happen in chapter 4. dog day survived because the small smiling critters didn’t manage to devour dog day’s vital organs like his brain so his consciousness remained. he could join the player’s squad (like poppy, kissy etc). he could be on an old wheelchair in chapter 4. he probably wouldn’t be able to communicate since the mini smiling critters ate his vocal cords.

imagining that the smiling critiers are just people in suits except catnap makes it a bit more terrifitying, just due to the fact that they were just powerless to catnap plus it makes this "death-ish" scene more horrifying, as well as CatNap just being a kid who did theses to adults
