I like this family, to adopt a dog that’s abused is never easy. They could’ve just gotten a puppy for their first dog like any other aspiring new owners but they didn’t and chose to keep Aru. Kudos to them. Their whole demeanor and family dynamics exudes goodwill. Kang trainer was also very patient and kind to the dog despite him being aggressive. This is the correct way, because using his usual methods with aggressive dogs means Aru’s trauma will only worsen.

Yeah the family tried their best. They mentioned that they did a lot of research beforehand and watched a lot of Mr Kang's videos to be proper dog owners. It's unfortunate that dog's aggression was accumulated from previous abusive owners.

5:20 when Aru hesitates to approach the family and decided to just walk away to be alone makes me sad. Cause you can see how much he loves his new family but the trauma still lingering in his mind.

I just love how raw this show is without being scripted or anything. A true reality show indeed👏👏 and also through out the entire episode that has been aired, this family is by far the most well mannered, loving, humble, and so accepting of what mr kang has said. Theyre not making any excuse, justification or in denial for the dog bad behaviour. They are really cooperative and determined to fix the problem so they can improve the relationship to make a better living for the dog and the family. I think this is one of the virtue you need to have before becoming a dog owner. Honestly i wish the family all the best in this world.

I think that's actually because they are new. Most dog owners from the previous episodes who tend to know a lot about dogs or act like they know a lot doesn't actually accept when Mr. Kang point out their mistakes. It's actually easier to train or teach new dog owner since they are more eager to learn about their dog.

I love how jessi is genuinely not afraid that she got bitten, like she calmly just removed her hand away she wasn't frantic, she was just calm.

Bless this family, they're just such good people. They accepted that they're still lacking, and try to collect and study to help their dog. They still adopted Aru even they knew she bit people, and although it's just one month they already seek help from expert to help their family and dog. While Mr. Kang train the dog, they realized what they've been doing wrong and try to fixed them without being told. The main owner also seem so dependable to her dog although she's stil young. Best family so far, wish they will have happy live with their dog soon

It's so sad watching Aru wanting to approach the family and yet struggling with his fears because of his past experience with abusers 😭😭😭 The family is really trying their best, if only Aru knows that :(

Jessi really has been one of the most active guests, she was really determined and I expected no less. She is passionate with whatever she does and you can tell even when handling a dog she is ambitious!

After seeing the child hold Aru, I wish they add a segment which shows the previously trained dogs, improved and much better after training. Not all dogs must have improved maybe, but I'd love to see some of them doing well.

Gyeonggyu and Jessi dynamic is perfect. Its like a back and forth conversation instead of Gyeonggyu being the only one making funny comments. Plus it's Jessi. And those who are feeling "sad"/"bad" that Gyeonggyu didn't "let" Jessi name the dog in part 1(she is thoughtful and needs time but their shooting has a time limit), are you all looking down on Jessi? If she was offended or sad she can take care of it on her own. Irony how you can call her strong and immediately feel "pity" for her, like she is some damsel in distress. She isn't the princess of your fantasy but a Queen. Like you could ever fight for her the way she fights for herself. She knows her deal.

I also have a dog that was abandoned for 3 times and we ourselves trained him. He's a very good boy and seeing Aru made me cry because I can feel what he and his family is feeling. Kudos to them for keeping him 👏

I'm so glad this beautiful family never give up on Aru. I hope they all successfully rehabilitate Aru. I have a soft spot for re-foster/re-adopted pets. I'm the third/4th adopter of my cat. Due to her 'sassy' nature her previous owners gave up on her. It's still a work in progress. 🙂 I wish all adopter a.k.a. Hooman out there to have a strong, resilient, patient heart and never loses hope on their pet. Hwaiting! 💪

I fully agree with Jessy, the owner not supposed to be scared of their pet. We have to train them. And during learning process, shedding blood is a common thing. Just based on my experience. My hands are never been pretty. Full of scars and scratch marks :) That's why Caesar Milan always suggests choosing/adopting a dog that matches the owner energy level. Not based on the breeds, the size or out of pity (just like humans, sometimes traumatized animals need more special treatment,(expertise needed). I believe Aru can sense Jessy's "alfa" energy. That's why she's more obedient to Jessy XD

Probably Mr. Kang was afraid if Jessi only put a facade and throw tantrum when camera is off, especially if she's getting bitten again and worse, who knows if fans or netizen will complain too. Even Mr. Gyu was kinda shocked due to his job to protect guest. Beside not all people can react well to bite issue. Some people has trauma regarding animal too. But yess xD it's Jessi, people who only see and know her tv personality won't know Jessi is just a blunt girl with big heart :3

I have never even loved dogs before but watching This Trainer and the dogs and stories I have been looking into adopting a dog when I get my own space. I saw all episodes. And this one is the most touching of them all

I was so shocked when the trainer said that Aru was probably abused when he was young, it’s just unimaginable to me how one can just hurt such small and helpless dog??? Seriously.. animal abuse should be categorized as mental illness 🤨

5:42 Aru was like human too. It needs to protect himself to not get hurt like in the past. And the hesitation he gets, indicates that he's having more like a trust issue, he is doubting. seeing animals like this is so heartful and hurtful

Omg, this is my favorite family on this show. So sweet, cheerful and eager to learn about dogs. Such a nice family. I'm sure the shoot was smooth and fun for this episode. I hope everything goes well for this family and their dog.

This episode was so emotional. The dog had a lot of problems because he has a painful past, but the owners have the disposition to keep it and that's awesome. They really love their dog ❤️❤️

The reason he acts that way is because he was either abused and that’s him protecting himself, or it’s either that he wasn’t raised properly

Omg hello from Indonesia.. after watching this.. I seriously so happy to this family that they still willing to keep Aru and working out to teach Aru and not giving up.. Blessing to this this family and Aru.. Hopefully Aru gets better day by day and the family love Aru dearly.. and also everyone who watched this, do not give up ur own dogs, even thot they are bad or ugly.. take the responsibility and we could train them like Mr Kang did or ask dog-trainer nearby to teach us how.. 🤍🤎💜
