Thankyou so much for speaking your thoughts and feelings. I'm my experience with my own family, they are of the generation where it's easy to shut down the conversation through fear of not understanding and feeling like they have failed as a parent. Than it is to listen and understand that it was your decision. And does not reflect badly on her as a parent. And what I have also come to realise is that age has zero todo with maturity. It has everything todo with being open minded, listening to understand. Accepting, growing, learning and reflection. I appreciate your honesty, Thankyou.

I love listening to your random thoughts and you always bring up lots of points that I agree with and can relate to. The suggestions that people made I feel are really to try and help you or give you suggestions on what content they might want to see from you. I had the same experiences with my parents having almost unconditional negative regard and it's their loss really. Thankfully I find comfort in knowing that God knows and understands everything and is loving.
