@@Jhizzz there are some conditions to trigger the quest. Don't remember the exact thing but will tell as much as I remember Kha'zix and Rengar must be on opposing teams. Both must be level 16+. Then the quest happens. Its about who kills who first. If Kha'zix kills first, he gets a fourth evolution point. If Rengar kills first, he gets a stack for his bone tooth necklace, which then gives him, I think, 36% bonus AD. You can read more about it on LOL wiki probably. Have a nice day ☕️
