Mutton Keema= 300 gm
Ginger= 1 tbsp
Garlic= 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves= 1 tbsp
Green Chilly= 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi= 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 2 pinch
Garam Masala= 1/2 tsp
Black Cardamom Powder= 1 pinch
Cinnamon powder= 1 pinch
Cumin Powder= 1/2 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Clarified Butter= 1 tbsp
Black Salt= 2 pinch
Cheese= 2 tbsp
Egg White= 1 tbsp
Chicken Keema= 300 gm
Coriander Leaves
Green Chilly= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tsp
Garlic= 1 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 2 pinch
White Pepper= 2 pinch
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Clarified Butter= 1 tbsp
