Doi Bora, Dahi Bhalla or Dahi Vada is one of those Indian street foods, a snack item, and a famous chaat recipe that people often make at home for Holi recipe, Diwali recipe or Iftar recipe. How to make Doi Bora or Dahi vada at home? It's easy to make soft and spongy Doi Bora or Dahi Bhalla at home! All you need a little bit of planning. No, this is not your quick and easy to make recipe, but with all prep ahead or make-ahead tips and tricks, it is totally worthy of making it at home at least once a year. To make Dahi Balla or Doi Bora, soak Urid or Urad dal the night before. Urad dal Dahi vada recipe is my favourite. Urad vada topped with curd, sweet and sour chutney for chaat, also known as Imli Ki Mithi Chutney or Doi Borar Tetuler Chatni or Misti Tetuler Chutney. You can make this Khatti Meethi Imli ki Chutney two week ahead and store it in the refrigerator. and we also need Green chutney or Dhone Patar Chutney and some basic roasted spices or Bengali Bhaja Moshla or Bhaja Masala.
