Ingredients : -
For Cooking :
1. Potol / Parwal - 500gm
2. Mustard Oil - 4 tbsp
3. Gota Garam Masala
4. Salt to taste
5. Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
6. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tspt
7. Sugar - 1 tsp
For Masala Paste :
8. Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
9. Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
10. Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
11. Water - 4 tbsp / as per required
For Gravy :
12. Cashew Nuts - 9 /10
13. Yogurt - 4 tbsp
14. Green Chillies - 3
15. Water - ½ cup
Preparation Time : 10 min
Cooking Time : 15 min
