heres my experience with fibroblast Plasma treatment...it was...interesting hehe 2022 let me know what you think : • Fibroblast Plasma Skin...
Updated vid- • (Updated)-Placing Sing...
How I remove my eyelash extensions: • Removing Single Eyelas...
Another KZfaqr who uses ardell lashes and adhesive for those of you asking :) : • Video
Update: after further research I will NOT be buying anymore Mink lashes due to the cruelty behind them.I do not judge anyone who wishes to continue to use them but this is a personal choice I have decided to make thank you:)
Attention professional lash techs: I did not make this video to offend you all in any way. I am not teaching people how to do this, I am just sharing my experience of what I did to myself. I know you care about people on KZfaq a lot and feel the need to share your input but negativity doesn't really help anyone and I would suggest making a video to release all that energy instead of focusing on shaming me. However I do appreciate the constructive criticism💙 Thank you :)
REMINDER: I am NOT a lash tech nor a professional in anyway. Just sharing my experience with you and if you are to try anything, do so at your own risk as you can easily hurt yourself and/or damage your lashes or worse YOUR EYES! This was a risk I was willing to take and although I did not take any courses I did A LOT of research. Thank you!
Hi everyone! Thank you for the unexpected views on the first video :) bare with me as my video editing and comfort in front of camera is not up to KZfaq tutorial standards but I am trying my best with what I am working with:)
I know this video is a lot more lengthy, but I hope it's more helpful than the first one. I may have mentioned things multiple times so sorry if I get repetitive.
I hope you enjoy and I will try to do a short 2 week follow up to this video or at least updated here in the descriptions.
Hope you enjoy and please let me know what you think and if there are other things you recommend I try.
Also just a reminder I am NOT a lash tech nor a professional in anyway. Just sharing my experience with you and if you are to try anything, do so at your own risk as you can easily hurt yourself and/or damage your lashes or worse YOUR EYES! This was a risk I was willing to take and although I did not take any courses I did A LOT of research. Thank you!
If you do try good luck! And share with me I'd love to see.

Yesss I do my own lash extensions as well and one tip that I learned while doing mine is if you’re using a glue with strong fumes, dip the lash in the glue, use a fan to blow away the fumes before you put it on your lash! Works so well and does not irritate or burn my eyes at all!

you inspired me to try this myself! i initially ordered 0.7 thickness lashes which turned out to be way too fine and delicate to do on myself (literally took me like 2 hours to get 2 lashes placed) but i ordered some 0.15's and tried again today and OMG they turned out so good! i will say that i was very glad to have some colored contacts leftover from halloween because they made the eye irritation from the fumes nonexistent. tried going back in a little later to add a lash in without the contacts in and my eyes were NOT having it! contacts are the only way to go! hoping they last and don't damage my natural lashes since i wasn't always able to isolate a single lash and did end up with a couple extensions glued to 2 lashes together. just ordered some remover to use in case i am noticing any loss of lashes or tugging but so far, i'm thrilled! thanks so much! i used a lighted mirror that i bought on amazon so that i could sit at my table and be comfy and i'd highly recommend it! only gripe is that the lights are only on the regular mirror and not on the magnified parts. the first night i tried (and failed) it was dark out but today i started around 9a when i had plenty of sunlight and it wasn't an issue! here's a link if anyone is interested. www.amazon.com/dp/B07N64XFKQ?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_asin_title

They dont actually use real mink. They call them mink but they are synthetic. Same goes for silk, they are not real silk they are synthetic. Mink is a matte lash and sink has a sheen to it. The description silk or mink is just to describe the appearance, not what the lashes are made of. Real mink lashes can be found but they are very difficult to find and extremely expensive and not available on Amazon.

Thank you for your updated video! I've been using individual lashes from the drugstore and the glue that comes with it but they're clusters and I'm fearful that it will cause lash damage in the long term especially since it's hard to glue them to 1 individual lash at a time. When you add an extension to each individual lash like you did, you minimize that risk so in a way it is healthier for your lashes than the alternative. Now I've seen it can be done, with precaution of course, and I might give it a try. Thanks again ❤️

Thank you for watching! I really did my lashes better the second time around with no irritation and a little bit faster. I think if you're super conscious about the fumes and glue and just making sure stays away from eyes and skin and not glueing lashes together you'll be okay. I didn't have any burning or irritation. But if you run into trouble maybe practice with a non professional adhesive like something over the counter. That's what the lash techs who are mad about this video are telling me hehe. If you happen to try it I'd love to see your result 🥰😍. Remember give yourself plenty of time to do it good luck!

Definitely dont use cluster lashes with strong glue. They wreck havoc. Good luck with one on one extensions also. If you are not careful to glue on only one natural lash, you may also damage your lashes.

But they always come out too much n fall out in 5 days 4 my right eyes. My left eye last more than 15 days. Salon has very inconsistent work. Thanks Kayla!

You are so pretty and I love the look of the lashes in both videos. 💝👀 I am grateful that you added the update about the cruelty to the minks. 😢 It is an important factor and to be honest I couldn't tell which was which. 🔴There is NO positive reason for anyone to buy 🚫mink❌ lashes. I would love to hear an update on the glue. Thanks again. PS I'm going to go and get mine professionally done because I have ZERO patience for the look I want. I think this is so irresponsible to share with people! The reason the bottle says for professional use is because there are serious chemicals inside. The main ingredient in glue is cyanoacrylate which when mixed with the oxygen in the air it produces formaldehyde. There is a reason when you get it done professionally your eyes are closed if you accidentally got to much adhesive or dropped the lash in your eye you could get major chemical burns. Not to mention you can’t tell how close you are putting them. This is an art if they are placed to close to skin you may get glue on your skin which could result in an allergic reaction because the glue is not meant for the skin or you could place it to far out on the lash and cause your lash to potentially break off from the weight. Also if any are attached to multiple hairs you are going to prematurely pull out a hair when one is ready to go. Every lash is on its own growth cycle so when multiple lashes are attached to one extension when one lash is ready to go it will pull the others out with it, when a lash is prematurely pulled out it can result in damage. Yes lashes do grow back but only after so many times then it can become permanent damage and will no longer grow. It’s not worth potentially ruining your lashes. There is so much that goes in to this and I know not everyone can afford the up keep but if you want a similar affect at home apply clusters with strip lash glue.

I love the way you do your lashes! I've been wanting to do them at home for a while now and this really helped. I don't like going out and spending so much money on something that I'm not very happy with so I was trying to figure out whether this was even possible. I think I'm honestly going to follow how you did this but I think the reason why the lashes were a bit harder to put on was that you were grabbing them more towards the outer tip and not closer to the inner tip (closer to the tip touching the actual lash). Other than that I think this was such an amazing job for at-home lashes, thank you!

Hey! I’m a lash tech! And would just like to say you are ruining your natural lashes by doing it yourself. For instance; you have your eyes open during the whole process, which regardless of blowing you will still end up getting chemical burn because they are open. Also you aren’t placing the extensions on properly which will damage the lashes too. it also looks like some of them are stuck together which causes damage. Not to even mention you may poke your eye with the tweezers because of your eyes being open. There is a reason the glue says for professional use only. It’s because we have been taught the techniques of how to do it safely. Also you are using too long of an extension for your natural lash and that can cause them to snap from the added weight. It may cost a lot to get them done professionally but at least you have less of a chance of damaging your lashes and eyes 😊

Never use any cotton while doing eyelashes! It leave lint all over whether you see it or not but you will be able to see it later in your adhesive it will look gross! Use the lint free wands. If you are looking to remove easily don’t use primer and use sensitive glue. Primer helps with adhesion and sensitive glue has less cyanoacrylate (sticky stuff in the glue). Also shake your glue for like five minutes when you first received your shipment to mix contents or it will not work(different contents in the glue settle over time) Also shake for a solid two minutes before you use the adhesive every time. It has to be mixed well to perform correctly

Professional lash artists here. I've used this brand of lashes u showed here. They're totally vegan. Any lash you buy in those trays are made of a PLASTIC fiber called PBT. Lots of companies call their products mink or silk but it's jsut marketing, and the way they cut the fibers. "Mink" in this case usually just means they taper the ends of the lash so that it looks like real hair.

Wearing contact lenses will help take away the fumes of the glue. This is how I do my own lashes. I have very sensitive eyes too. But it takes my an hour to do my both eyes with the contacts in. After ur done, wait for a few minutes before taking your contacts out because it still burns for a while. Hope this helps.
