Hi Eileen! Sounds like there's some box hair going on in the front (where the fibers have taken on a weird shape while in the box). You can fix this with heat since this is a heat-resistant wig. Take a flat iron, curling iron, or hot air brush and pull those fibers back in the right direction while you apply the heat. For added help, you can pin the hair back with a bobby pin while it cools. That will help train the fibers.😊 As far as the cap, we aren't sure what you mean by the cap showing in the front. This has a lace front so as long as the cap fits properly and the lace lays flat, there shouldn't be any other part of the inner cap showing. Hi! Hand-tied wigs can be parted anywhere and because they are hand-tied into a knot rather than a weft, they have 360 degree movement which allows it to move like natural hair. It will look very natural in the back with pigtails. If a wig is wefted in the back, you can still part it into pigtails but the hair will have a little more resistance to going in those directions rather than straight down. It is possible to put it in pigtails still, but you may need to work with the hair to make sure the wefts remain hidden.😊
