Love the comment in reference to using less expensive supplies... "you either have money or you have patience". I know you said in jest; however, in my case, I watch a lot of crafting videos that I have to "adjust" to using items I can afford. My $ Tree seldom EVER has the supplies used in videos featuring $ Tree supplies. I asked one day and was told whenever the stock the most popular crafting supplies, someone will buy everything on the shelf. Unsure why they can't increase inventory. Small rural town and small store. Thanks for sharing.

Yes that is bad for other person who wants to craft. Maybe find someone who want craft and order what need big quality. You can do that from catalog. I have never did this. But cashier has told me tou can. Especially wreath close Christmas wire, foam, and etc are hard to find.

Really pretty American 🇺🇸 flag wreath thank you for sharing. I like how you run the poly mesh through the metal wreath no fraying this way. I know this video is from four years ago and I think it’s great that you were able to get the poly mesh at your Dollar Tree. I can’t find it at any of their stores here in my city. Maybe when it gets closer to summer but I’ll keep checking. Thank you for sharing your video and God bless you.

@@JeriAnnHenson ... you are very talented and experienced. Unfortunately, I am a newbie and could not really see how you were wrapping the mesh around the frame. I think if the project was more in the middle of the screen and filmed more from the top than the side my thick screen would have. I am sure others who are experienced followed right along with what you were doing but while I know you were pushing the mesh up between 2 rails, I don't know between which two rails do you push down. Not sure that makes sense. But thank you for exposing me to another way of making a mesh wreath and it turned out great!

Oh yes, please! I would love to see this more detailed. I'm just learning to make wreaths and I've looked at hundreds of videos but I really like the ones you make. my problem is that so many times you fast forward so much that I can't follow what you're doing. I really want to make one of these for me and one for my mother in law. Thank you so much for offering to do one showing more details.
@JeriAnnHenson
@JeriAnnHenson 7 жыл бұрын
+Dena Britton You got it Dena. I usually fast forward because KZfaq has a 15 minute time limit that not everyone (including me at times) doesn't follow it but I try to. I will definitely do a more in depth tutorial on this technique. Thanks for the interest.

Are they getting undone as your working? If that the case you may have to push them harder to the previous row. Are they getting undone when you’re switching colors? You may be pulling them too hard when crossing over the other colors. Let me know if I can help further.

Yes Sheila once again I am sorry. It is just wrapping the ribbon around the wreath in stripes, slightly overlapping the row before and gluing on the inside of the circle. Then when I was all done I took small pieces of ribbon to cover up the glue lines. Then I made the stars out of ribbon by folding each ribbon in a point like an awareness ribbon backwards and gluing the middles together. Thank you for watching and sorry for the delayed response time. If there’s anything else I can share with you please let me know
