Hi everyone, here's another DOLLAR TREE DIY MULTIPURPOSE ORGANIZER that you can use for any space, big or small, even tiny house, RV, mobile home, dorm, apartment, condo, or house.
This is version 2 of another Dollar Tree DIY organizer using the same Dollar Tree office organizer trays. Version 1 is meant for counter top, table, or desk while this version is for the wall or door.
You can use it as craft room organizer, schools supplies organizer, home office organizer, kitchen organizer, bathroom organizer, pantry organizer, vanity organizer, makeup organizer, toy organizer, washi organizer, nail polish organizer, slime organizer, spice organizer, sewing organizer, bobbin organizer, thread spool organizer, dorm room organizer, tiny house organizer, beauty supplies organizer, glam organizer, farmhouse organizer, and many more.

Materials used:
2 Dollar Tree cooling wire racks - 2 per pack for $1
4 Dollar Tree organizer metal trays
Zip ties
Glue gun and hot glue (or any strong bond glue of your choice)
Scissors or wire cutter to cut zip ties

Hello I'm A finish Carpenter by trade, artistic and A leather crafter. But i'm very drawn to the whole D.I.Y.er Thang! One thing I see alot is DIYers destroying something to make something. (like an art canvas) I believe doing stuff like that can leave a negative effect on the environment in the long run. But from the videos I have seen from you is re purposing things. (if there was an apocalyptic event DIYers like you would rule the world!) I love your creativity! Due to my Construction Background I would do things just a lil different. So ive been searching for a creative and inexpensive way to organize my spice rack. Well ive found it! I love that industrial look! And believe me ive been searching! I love this Idea, have I mentioned that? LOL The only thing i would do different is use a 2 part epoxy Clay compound instead of the zip ties. Thanks for your Ideas!

I really like your comment! I am glad that you mentioned about the longterm impact of DIYs to our environment. I try to be conscious of that when doing my projects.i try to enhance and use the items without breaking them apart too much...but if and when I do... I also reuse the leftover parts. I like the desk or office to not have stuff on it but around it .If that makes sense. I personally love to see everything I have because I forget what I have but organized. My FAVORITE ORGANIZER so far; LOVE the industrial look of the silver finish and it's more durable than the plastic bins I'm currently using in red that DON'T match my decor colors. You have some awesome storage ideas that are gorgeous and practical, yet inexpensive and easily doable no matter a person's skill level. More than likely I will be making more than one but doing a mash up of several into one unique piece for my needs. It burns me up to see something basically identical to yours with no mention that it was inspired by yours. This is exactly what I was looking for so that I can use it for my spice jars. Thank you thank you thank you. I just bought the racks from dollar tree but they were $1.25 for a single rack. They weren’t in a set like you mentioned in your video but I will have to look for the desk organizers but I can’t wait to do this project.

That would make for a good tie and scarf rack with 1 or 2 of the baskets on the top part to hold belt buckles and scarf accessories. Hang necklaces on the racks and put bracelets in the baskets. Thank you for the video!

Thankyou So Much for this video!! I have been looking, tirelessly for so long; for spice rack diy's for the wall!! Yours is the BEST idea that I have found...& so simple!! Thankyou! ...also, side note: I'm so happy to Finally hear, someone say that there's Actually someone else out there, that "isn't INTO glam, bling, wtvr"!!!lol

Would like to of seen a wall hanging option but, You did mention command hooks. I'm so glad I found this bcuz, I didn't wanna spend 20 to 30 bucks on a spice rack for my kitchen. Even in my bathroom for things since I don't have any wall cabinets in there. Thank you an God bless!

It works well, and I hung it on the side of my cabinet with picture hooks. However I used a regular size cookie sheet instead of 2 smaller, as I didn't trust the weight breaking them apart. And I used baskets without compartments, but the same shape for my square jars.

Your glue gun has character. It shows it's served you well & should wear those scars proudly! I'd keep it if I were you. It shows you're a pro.

Oh so true Cary. I used for the first time a new glue gun, I am not used to it. I will keep this old one beside me. Giving it a bit of a rest. I might even put it in a display box! I like this one very much. I'd paint it a chrome color to keep it all one color instead of gray and chrome.

I really like the one in this video better than the plastic baskets of which I made 2, but now I will make several of these and hang on the door hooks and I love all of your Tutorials. Would like to see more beading things from you. Thanks for all your new ideas. Have a great week.

Thank you from an 80 yr old who loves to learn new things. Have one organizer hanginh by my computer with odds and sundry I need for every day items and it is so handy since my desk is not handy at this time I can spend more time crafting.

I really like this! This would work even better for my acrylic paint as it can be hung on the wall. I’ve been slowly decluttering and reorganizing my small apartment and have started to see progress. It feels really good. Tfs Josie. I so appreciate your ideas 😊👍
