Yes, I see you hun, and agree totally that her DT walkthroughs are something special, and honestly after passing ordinary items on my own I watch her go into detail on them and I'm like "wtheck!!! I need to go back and get itttttt!!" 😹😹😹...we alllll know there's only one sugary sweet gg queen and Mr handsome-,and always will.. facts are facts, and we know the difference 💯🙋🏻🙋🏻😌💖💖💖💖💖.. Be well, if you can enjoy an evening walk,never need to go fast,and try to go at least a mile, I swear it clears my head and helps with anxiety - I don't listen to any music,just aware of my surroundings,take mace or knife or more,lol,just be safe- even treadmill while listening to music is great and safest- you dont need to struggle, exercise and stretching is so good for the soul,no need to impress anyone,I usually go dressed as a bum to ensure less attention, especially outside,and ya,at gym lollllll...the only bougie thing about my outfit is my tennis shoes, they should always be a good trainer,and they don't need to be an arm and a leg either.. hope you are better,it's ok to be down every now and again,but it's especially important to move so the magic can occur-like I said doesn't need to be Olympic speed, just set a goal and go for it💖❤️‍🩹💖❤️‍🩹💖❤️‍🩹💖

@@osolinda Awww thank you so much, Lindi for your sweet, kind advice to help with stress relief! I absolutely used to LOVE going on long walks but unfortunately I now suffer from a degenerative disease in both of my knees which makes it impossible to walk even short distances at the moment until I m able to get both knees replaced. It's a scary and stressful situation because who knows when I'll be able to have the replacements done with no help nearby to help me with my twins.😢 After their father passed away literally in my arms, I've been dealing with the trauma of it all but my girls keep me going. They are a true blessing in my life. Thank you again, beautiful and btw you would look just as beautiful dressed as a "bum" LOL.... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sound like a sob story but sometimes, as Sandra knows, (and is so supportive) I feel myself venting as an outlet, I guess you can say. Nobody wants to hear sad news and hear from a "Debbie Downer" that's why I truly mean it when I say I'm sorry for venting and getting a lot of my feelings off my chest. Thank you so much , again, for all of your advice. You definitely just made my day just by "caring." I can tell that you are a very sweet, kind and thoughtful person!❤️❤️

@@kristen8015 dearest one, my very deepest condolences for your loss, I cannot imagine your pain and wish there were some magic expression that could help even a tiny bit,and your despair is the proof of true love-such a rare thing in this world,even for me,I am alone,despite family and obligations,all I can say is you were so blessed to have it at all and children especially TWINS !!! What a rare combination,and your girls need you ,a mother is the most sacred the world can ever know I lost mine 4 years ago I miss her and wish for her all day, so know that despite your loss your life is vastly important to your kids,young or grown,it's almost suffocating to not have my mom,and I hope you can get your knees fixed ASAP!! I know people who put it off out of fear and once fixed they say they feel like a new person and should have did it long ago - I understand your frustration with this medical monopoly that should not exist in USA, unfortunately greed has denied many of treatments and peace of health,so in meantime keep the faith that you can get replacement and look into alternatives such as Dr.Kevin Reece,Dr Gundry, Dr Eric Berg, Dr.Andrew Kaufman -these are all medical professionals/Dr's who expose the lies of medicine and the sickness they advance- I follow them either here or on insta and their vast information will blow the lid off of the prison we have been locked in-- also Barbara Oneill is another favorite.. believe in yourself as Sandra pink star likes to quote, it's true, you are loved and i hope you can heal physically and soulfully one day at a time.
