Hi Lori, as I mentioned before you are so lovely and giving to your co workers and staff. You make work fun! Also when you travel with friends and family you always make neat goodie bags for everyone. You have such a kind heart! THANKS FOR MENTIONING ABOUT VAPOR I NEED TO TRY PINK SALT TOO. I TRY ONE HALF DOSE INSTEAD OF TWO PILLS COLD NON DROWSY PILLS DURING DAYS . IT HELPS. BUT WOW WHAT MIGRAINES. SUMMER AND SPRING WORSE. TRY NETTLE POT SALINE SOLUTION IS GREAT IN NOSE IS AWESOME TOO. BETTER THAN JUST SPRAY OF SALINE SPRAY IN NOSE BOTTLE. .
