My 7 year old daughter taught me yesterday to never tell someone that what you did is easy. Especially when you are teaching. Makes ppl feel bad, just bc it is easy for you, doesn't mean it is easy for everyone....

My boss constantly says everything is easy. Her way of verbalizing what she expects, which is to do things quickly and not bother asking for further instruction or clarification. A simple lesson that a child understands, but not an adult. Interesting.

These are all so cute! I love them! I have been looking for that blue floral rub on for a while. I want some so bad. I have a very old sure bonder glue gun. Like many years old. I need to upgrade. I’ve been thinking about getting a gorilla glue gun. Another KZfaq recommended it too. When they reopened our DT after the hurricane, which took many months, it became a dollar tree plus!! I was so excited! Tfs, Kristin!!! Tell Presley hi for me and include her often. She’s so cute! 😊

I can’t believe that sign was in just a regular portion of DT! I’ve seen lots of those types of things in our DT Plus sections for $3 or $5 but never for $1.25. What a great find! Love the projects Kristin!

I love all your creations. I have two surebonder glue guns. One shuts off automatically. Drove me nuts to unplug and plug in and wait for it to reheat in the middle of crafting! So I got a different one. It’s ok. But I have been thinking of trying the Gorilla one. So glad you gave your opinion. Thank You.

I found those 9x9 wood shadow boxes (if that's the right description) yesterday and was SUPER excited, as I hadn't seen them before. I picked up 4 and thanks to your video, I might have to go back for more .... Thank you! I am definitely going to add the blue transfer stickers to one and then paint a Mason jar shape light blue (to mimic the light blue color for those jars) and sort of combine two of your ideas.

Happy Tuesday beautiful lady and your daughter! I did the same 4 square and add the small popcorn container inside of it and it was to put spoons forks and knives or whatever you want to put in it. Beautiful transformation Kristin! Have a blessed week.

I bought that Dixie Belle transfer that you used and I LOVE it, you are correct, it looks so high end. I plan on purchasing some more of them. And their paint is fantastic as well.

Love the mason jar project the best, because of it's dimensionalism! Love the ringed tray, as well, but will sand a bit off to allow a flat surface for gluing. Should be simple and fast. Thanks. Good eye!

I agree about the glue guns. I am all about Gorilla Glue everything. Truth be told my old, old cheap Walmart glue gun works better than the Surebonder gun I tried. I really like the pencil holder piece you made.

On your chicken just use paint markers to highlight him. Maybe a chalk decor transfer on him just a little one. Something that says home or farm house. Great ideals.👍🙂🙂💜💜

I never could find the wood rings at any dollar tree in Oregon. I kept looking for them but never did find any. 🤔 Also couldn't find any online when I looked, not sure why. I see alot of really great diy's on U tube, but can't always find the products to make them. Bum deal cuz many of them are so cute! Your ideas are great tho!

Wow your daughter is beautiful just like her momma ,I love that. I've heard you mention that glue gun could be messy and how it likes to leave strings behind well thank you after you said that I started noticing others was doing the same thing and I had purchased the same one but thanks to you I haven't opened it yet so I'll be returning it. They have a sticky backing to make the process so much easier than using a normal stencil. You also can wash and reuse them 😊

I have several glue guns and the gorilla glue gun is my least favorite. I use it for specialty glue such as fabric hot glue etc. my favorite is my surebonder and my chandler :)

My surebonder ones all drip. I’d use half a glue stick in minutes. This happened to 3. I had to call it quits😂

It’s just hot glued and it peels right off so you could add another one. Definitely recommend a thick backing to your paper 😊

Wow. What brand of hot glue is that? If I was too hot glue pieces of wood with my glue gun it would absolutely just not hold up. This may sound sarcastic but my question is sincere.
