Last year, there was a fish and chips on the festival food list. It was so good! They hand dipped the fish and served it hot and fresh. I love this season at Dollywood, the topiaries are beautiful and the park is lovely!

You get the cast iron skillet with it too. It used to be $199 but nothing is able to escape inflation these days. Biggest pie we have ever seen!

That funnel cake is new-level INCREDIBLE!! I do wish it had more berries, though. The mac and cheese was our top pick! Did not disappoint! I'm half tempted to start eating red meat and pork to try everything. It all looks so great! I agree about the passion fruit lemonade very yummy. Slightly offended by the "not much there comment" (lol) Great getting to run into ya'll! :-)

Our pleasure Mallory! Yes you can come & go from the park on a normal ticket. I know at Splash Country they stamp you hand so just check with the person outside the Emporium (exiting store) about coming back in.

Thanks Shan O! Kids are still in school until June 1st. I would say Friday the 19th would be the day I would pick as I assume you will be settling in on 18th. Saturday would be the busiest. We have another video coming out Monday night doing a VIP tour of the festival. Feel free to ask any other questions any time!

I’m watching all of the Dolly videos in anticipation for our trip in April! I really wanted to get a tasting pass this time but we will be visiting during the Always Love You fest and I am so disappointed with the menu! With all the other festivals, I wanted to eat EVERYTHING.

This was Friday April 21st (opening day). Weekdays when kids are in school are always your best bet for low crowds!

I didn't realize the waffle ice cream sandwich was that cheap and comes in under the per item price. I had it last year a few times and enjoyed it.

@@AdventureIsOutThere Yea the funnel cake has really shrunk in size. I don't think I can justify it for that price. I think I would rather just order the normal non festival ones and put toppings on it.

@@AdventureIsOutThere my theory (I could be wrong) is that the sweet options for the tasting pass are fewer and smaller in size. So people will still go buy the cinnamon bread when getting the tasting pass.

Yall showed a lot of good foods. I would try several. I would try both mac n cheeses, the nachos and the meatballs. That waffle ice cream sandwich gets my vote as well. You can't go wrong with chocolate ice cream and a waffle. I have a question bro. Is this Flower and Food festival the replacement for Festival of Nations that used to be in spring time there? We were there many years ago during the Festival of Nations. We tried different foods and saw some shows from performers from other countries. Did they end that festival?

We figured go big or go home...we tried to not go home too big as well...lol! Festival of the nations was before our time at Dollywood, but it seems as though it has been phased out & this is the main focus for spring time.

@@AdventureIsOutThere I understand. If I remember correctly, I think the Festival of Nations was in the early 2000s. That was the time when we went to Disney every year and some trips up to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood as well. It was a pretty cool festival, especially seeing the shows with people from other countries performing them.

Oh gosh as im watching Brie said the SAME thing Tyler and I said about the street tacos. It was just WAY to dry!! Those were least favorite out of what we tried. Everything we tried at Miss Lillians corner was delicious!

I think if you could only make one festival stop it would be either Miss Lillians BBQ corner or the Korean BBQ meatballs/Nachos. Those 2 locations had our favorites. The Pistachio Waffle Ice Cream Sandwich surprised us!

Because you got some people who can only eat gluten free and they need to know where they can eat inside Dollywood. I love how they mention this on items that are gluten free.

I was on a tour today at Dollywood with someone who had Celiac disease. It may not be common & no one in our family needs to avoid Gluten, but when it comes to families planning meals, we try to make that info available for those who need it.

We go to EPCOT often as WDW pass holders. Both parks have hit & misses when it comes to their festival foods. The dinning pass we have for Dollywood’s splash country Waterpark is one of the best theme park values we have experienced!
