Well it seems she tried to make each house under the threshold and therefore met at least the under $5K part. Now, why they didn't send separate invoices, I don't know. But that was the loophole she was exploiting. It seems as though the contractor's submitted one bill for payment.

The FBI will take their investigation years if have to because those won't get off. They gonna flip her entire staff because it's the Mayor who they wants, everybody else will probably get a few years and Probation. Judging on Tiffany charges she'll get about 30 years second offense, the other was breaking in folks cares in the middle of the night.

Because it's bigger than her and it has a lot of moving parts. Swift justice is usually sloppy. The black community should know this better than anyone. I don't care at this point what she goes to prison for long as it's for 10 plus year's. We'll know she is going to prison if she pops up pregnant like that yt lady who went last year.

Even back in her youthful days, she was 'bout dat hustle..."robbing" from the school snack vendors and vending machines! I mean...I actually give her props on THAT kinda "hustle"; B.U.T. this huzzy done took it other levels...she done crept up out of the "private sector" into the "public section", i.e., robbing the town folks...the taxpayers!!! She has to be a special kinda goofy or the people are jus' that ignorant to the law...one or the other. Y'all do know that as a public official or officer that she is a public "servant" to the people? I know some of y'all, if NOT most should know that...let's go a step further...that "trustee" word keeps poppin' up...hmmm??? She is still "a trustee" even as the mayor or supervisor...she is a trustee in bankruptcy, a receiver in equity, a debtor in possession...a "fiduciary"!!! All y'all got do, in due form, is to appoint her as "fiduciary-trustee" in her private capacity to produce any and all files, registries, and recordings -- the Receipts -- of what she has been up to, in good faith and under penalty of perjury!!! The whole town can send her a letter appointing her to get all that...if you wanna get it notarized or if not, send it "registered mail" (instead of "certified" mail"...send "certified" if you have a notary backing your appointment document...if not, can do a "declaration" instead of "affidavit"...no notary needed...just send it "registered mail")! Anyone interested...then, I will tell you how to address it to her "in her private capacity". She HIDING BEHIND that "qualified immunity" bullshit...and I heard that they about to stop that because that is unconstitutional. You cannot sue or lien "the position"...they hiding behind them "positions"...you have to hit them "in private" to make that "lien" (way better than "suing") stick to they azzes!!! I am tired of hearing about Dalton, Illinois...she shoulda BEEN ousted out! That State is trashy...all the way up to the governor!

Very informative read, thank you, you clearly know your stuff. ❤ And as it pertains to this very complex and long running tom foolery going down in Dolton, and with thousands of newcomers to this story on the daily, it's easy to miss something. But when it comes to FOIA requests, public notices, an up to date website, and just transparency in general, this heffa gets a F minus minus minus lol. Not only has she permanently booted the entirity of the village administration team, who over saw the day to day transactions such as documenting every payment that came in and went out, using the official mayoral bank account, they'd process every residents income tax forms, they would put public notices onto the website and a whole host of other things. However, in typical hinky Henyard fashion, she went on a G_Dzilla like bender and done lost her tiny mind lol, and she instructed 2 female police officers to pay the good ladies at the public council offices an unannounced visit at their place of employment to carry out hinky Henyards dirty work for her, and proceeded to unceremoniously take back the office keys from the ladies, locked them all out of their individual offices, then booted them out of the actual building, permanently . Fox Chicago covered this extensively, regularly filming the ladies sitting outside the council building having made an open air, make shift office in the parking lot using tables and chairs, so the dedicated women could greet the residents coming for help and information on various topics, could continue to provide a basic level of service in the meantime. As it pertains to FOIA requests..... Basically, there is NO FOIA REQUESTS being processed or served at this time, and it's been in excess of 13 months since the last one was processed and honored. The same for the public budget that nobody can get access to, nor records of spending in any capacity including the mayoral credit card that for legal reasons and protection, requires TWO signatures, the mayor's and the chief financial officers to be present on any financial transactions. However, don't let some small hurdle stop Henyard lol. She went and removed his signature requirement from the credit card and now it's anyones guess where the money goes and on what. She's rumoured to have over spent by some SIX MILLION DOLLARS, which is why vendors aren't getting paid as no one will touch them with a barge pole now making it increasingly difficult to access vital services. If you already know this, then please discard my comment, however if not, this is exactly why the feds have served numerous subpoenas for financial documents, and they've been incredibly thorough as some go as far back as 2021, in an effort to get a handle on this messy chick, and finally bring some order to the chaos Henyard leaves in her wake. ❤❤❤

Discount Fence? Lol !?!? DJ can't get paid? Sounds like the Village of Robbins to me. The building inspector of the last administration for Robbins, now works for Dolton. Robbins used Discount Fence to erect a fence around the flea market, but there is no record of it. This same company erected my fence. It was supposed to be a z cedar fence, but all I got was untreated wood. Discount Fence won't take responsibility for this, and the Village of Robbins has no record of that either. I'm going to have to literally sue Discount Fence AND the Village of Robbins. If Discount Fence is doing business with the Village of Dolton, trust and believe, it ain't good business.

I have an idea for citizens of Dolton when speaking to Tiffany: 1.) She will ignore many strong points, then attack a weak point. 2.) Address your points ITEMIZED and ask her to respond point-by-point! 3.) Plan for her rejections/response with her excuses and try to eliminate those within your questions ahead of time. 4.) BONUS: create a website with each problem area, something that residents can add evidence and also some sort of way to poll the community to find out areas most popular to the citizens and another poll to find out what seems to have the most damning evidence of truth... some things may be overblown, while others show definite guilt for example.

This mayor is a Tyrant. She is accountable for what goes on in the city. She is responsible for city ordinanced.to government, to do her policy requirements. Not dictate!!! If she was Mayor of a more ethnic diversity. She would not get away with her attitude or actions. Obviously. She is planning to go into higher politics. She really needs to tone down her attitude. She needs to learn diplomacy. These residents are not stupid!! Vouchers. Invoices. Check and balance. receipts. Vote. Etc. Audit are to be done quarterly and they are to be available to tax payers of that county. Mayor seems to just do as she wants. Although She seems to have a good agenda. She seems to have her own agenda. I pray she isn't found guilty of embellishments. Extortion. Mismanagement of funds.self payment etc. She seems to want a better village but on her own agenda, not the residents. yes boards and councils have authorized jurisdiction. But not without majority vote and often citizens votes. Many people see the distribution of taxes and should know where their taxes are going. also Any state or federal or grants or money donated from private or corporate funds. Everyone in DOLTON or Harvey or THORNTON or other small townships cities. Is not educated. Iam sure there are a great % who are highly educated and well informed.

I have been following this since.I first learned about this mayor of DOLTON/ Supervisor of Thornton. I have followed it and it is horrible. Where is there parliamentarian or lawyer. There was a motion to suspend the rules and there was a motion to adjourn. How is she still in Office
