And since Dalton didn't have a recall system in place before this mayor, they had to vote one in. The supreme court struck them because the town tried to vote in the recall system and recall her with the same special election. And since they have to wait, the recall system is practically useless against Henyard because by the time the required waiting period is over, her term as mayor would be practically over.

Blacks will always vote for black politicians, regardless of their history or policies. Then complain. They do it EVERY time.

Removal needs time (according to the court). They have to vote in a removal system (there is none), and by Illinois Constiution there is a time (I think) between a recall referendum and the actual recall. The county did both at once and that is why she stayed. Think that county has no current rules for recalling, which is why they tried to do both.

Democrats (state AG and fed FBI) don't investigate their own kind.
