He just was born to DOMINATE! A monster who pushed the boundaries of what the human body could achieve. A real life giant who redefined what it means to be massive. Standing at an awe-inspiring 6'4" (193 cm) and tipping the scales at over 400 pounds (181 kg) #Giant

I used to see this monster at Golds gym in mississauga. He seemed 8ft tall and as wide. His signed pic is still on the wall of the gym.. right next to Jay Cutlers signed photo.

Was Greg Kovacs really stronger than Ronnie Coleman? His personal records: 1) Smith machine bench press 700 lbs for 2 reps, 800 lbs for 1 rep 2) Chest flys on incline bench 100 lbs for 10 reps 3) Leg press 2000 lbs for 20 reps 4) Leg squat 540 lbs for 15 reps 5) Lateral raise 70 lbs for 8 reps 6) Neck shoulder press 405 lbs for 6-10 reps or 500 lbs for 2 reps

Greg was 400lbs and the biggest and strongest by far. Ronnie would not even be close and actually Nobody was, Greg was by far the biggest and strongest, again by far!!! I have many stories of Greg and could go on and on, those were some great years!

It's amazing how expensive it is to maintain that much mass in the cost of groceries alone. I know it's a different sport, but for example, Brian Shaw spends over $60,000 a year just for food and he is no longer training for competition. But, he still trains a lot just to keep the mass he is comfortable with.

I unfortunately only cought the end of one of his workouts when he came to my gym but what i saw was 5 plates per side on the incline bench for 6 or 8 reps, dont remember because it was like 27 years ago, but it was no less than 6, and they were clean. I can only imagine what his 1 rep max would be on that. i second your biggest man ever seen thing. ppl who havent actually seen him irl think his photos are photoshopped. Not his solo ones, they seem to be fine with those, but the ones where he is standing next to an ifbb pro and it shows the difference, they cry foul.

I met him and Nasser El Sonbaty on the same day at a musclemag store in Toronto. It is crazy but as big as nasser was, Greg was dwarfing him. These pictures and videos really don't do his freak status justice. (except in that first pic with Jay Cutler. That is what i remember him looking like next to nasser and whoever else was there that day. I couldn't even believe what i was seeing, tbh.)

@@darius8226 so where is the unmanipulated one? It wouldn't be that far off. I know how he looked in person standing right next to a prime Nasser. Have you ever seen him in person? There is also out angling ppl in photos. Look at 3:06 in this video. I suppose you think that is manipulated also? While that guy he is standing next to is no Jay or Nasser, he is still at least 220lbs.
