Thanks for the invitation to chat and share a bit of my experience! I hope anyone watching realizes that Bulletproof Cycling can help YOU in your unique journey... what have you got to lose other than another day/week/month of the same old approach? 🚴

I've been looking for a training system that works for my situation. 60 years old, been riding for 20 years at varying levels. Haven't raced in over 10 years. Owning my own business affects my free time to train, but currently my biggest challenge is recovering from a stroke six months ago. There are tons of KZfaq coaches, but finding the right one is challenging.

I love the concept of being curious and trying something different in your training. I'm always learning something new in training. I don't race. I just want to have fun cycling. At 64 years of age, I'm having a blast!

As an early member of the Bulletproof CC I’ve found I can place a lot of trust in Coach Scott’s teachings and advice. His passion for cycling shines through everyday and he genuinely enjoys seeing his members learn and grow through his teaching. He also will tell you that he is not just a Coach, but that he is a Father, a Husband, a Son, a friend, etc., and that cycling is only a portion of who we are and that Life may and will throw curve balls at us all the time. It’s how we deal with these curve balls life throws at us that make us who we are and that cycling does and will help us through these times. Getting fit takes time, patience and consistency. Never realized how training in Zone 2 most of the time is the secret to success. Another big one for me was not to ‘chase’ workouts. Very smart advice. Have a look at Coach Scott and his Bulletproof CC… you’ll be glad you did!

"Be curious and be open to learn new things". Well said. However, those who watch this video live already after this guideline. And those who could use it, aren't watching this. 🙃
