This is cute, I done the same trip with my mum! I was staying at a hotel down further down the beach and used to walk past this hotel daily when I went on beach strolls. It was being refurbished /built at the time and the workers would always speak to me when I walked past. I kept wondering how it was going to look and forgot all about it until I noticed the cover thing and straight away remembered this was the hotel. Small side note Dominica and Dominican Republic are different pronunciations and countries.
