Also Georges St-Pierre on video said he uses Bruce Lee's concept of "longest weapon vs nearest target" and the obliquekicks and sidekicks to right above the knee. GSP also fights powerside forward like Jones

It's probably from the instructional he made with BJJ Fanatics / Dynamic Striking called "MMA Footwork Hacks: Setting Traps With Movement by Dominick Cruz". But I haven't seen the instructional so I can't confirm it 100%.
