Lol I'm the creator of this movie. I edited it when I was about twelve and had no idea what stupidity I was doing. Today I'm seventeen and I know I stole something that didn't belong to me. I regret it very much. Unfortunately, after so many years, I do not have access to this account and I have no way to delete the video.

@@brambleclaw7108 i understand it is not exactly the same, the issue is that you did not ask the artists permission to reupload their work, nor did you ask my permission to use art that I paid for out of pocket and thats not ok, you didn't even credit the original aritsts for all the hard work they did :/ you just took it and uploaded it

(Since so many people keep coming back to this and commenting on it years later. I understand they were a kid, I understand they were just doing it for fun. But my point was they likely knew right from wrong, and many people told them so. It takes a lot of effort to animate, draw, etc. And many people know that, I'm aware of what pumpkinclaws did, and I'm aware of other things too. I appreciate people responding, and I appreciate the opinions and comments. However, this is 4 years old. The person who posted this is different now, as am I. The original comment will be left below, but believe me. I understand. Keep in mind I made this original comment when I was 13 or 14. I'm an adult now.) These 2 creators spent hours of time creating pieces of art sketching it all, doing line art, colouring it, shading it, adding lighting, adding backgrounds and, movements some projects take months or years, you have absolutely no right to steal content from hardworking creators who spill their heart and, soul into the work they provide you honestly should be ashamed of yourself with your lame excuse about how it’s 2 videos together so it’s not bad it is, you didn’t ask permission from the original creator, you didn’t credit anyone and the person who has paid money they earned has asked you to take this down as well as one of the artists, you don’t do this to people it’s completely and utterly disgusting you really must be quite young if you believe it’s still okay for you to have this video and that you haven’t crossed the line.

@@darkprincessanimation I understand the laws and rules that follow with copyright. The person who originally distributed this probably wasn't asked and definitely didn't give permission for a reupload. Let me explain something to you, this is a commission animation meaning someone else paid for it with their own hard worked for cash. Then the other person who animated this worked with their own skills, time and effort to make this for the comsision they reiceved. This was hours of someone's time and skill, their effort and business. I do not care for the reason they did this it doesn't have an excuse to make it right, you need to understand that under the laws of copyright without the permission to distributed a copy of this animation they broke the copyright laws. If I was a youtuber I wouldn't steal other people's content for my own self gain or popularity, there are no excuses to do this. If I was also a youtuber and I distributed my own art, music, videos, content or anything for that matter I wouldn't ever want someone to just take all my time and effort and distribute it again by simply recording it and uploading it when I put all my effort and time into it, that is something that can be heartless and cruel. As the following states: "If you infringe upon someone else's intellectual property rights by using the author's copyright without his permission, you may be guilty of copyright infringement. You may be able to assert a defense excusing your unauthorized use of copyrighted material in certain situations. Typically, claiming that you did not know of the existence of someone else's copyrighted material does not excuse you from using his copyrighted material without his consent." Simply look up the laws and rules of copyright and copyright infringement to fully grasp why this is wrong.

Dude, take this down. You stole Pumpkin Claws' AND Shilly's art. This is against the guidelines of KZfaq, and you can possibly get your channel taken down. 1. The creator of this video probably doesn't care if it's getting taken down. 2. Just enjoy that there is some art from an artist that got taken down. You see, I do agree with you that this is heavily copied, but as I said the creator doesn't care and KZfaq not taking it down means that they don't care either. I'm just going to enjoy the leftovers of a video I used to love before it got taken down.

Good memories. I used to love watching this. Art theft is not a favor it is a selfish act, granted since they were a kid it was unintentional it doesn't make it any less wrong.

Please take down the video, you simply copied the artist’s work and never gave any credit. I suggest you take the video down or the video will be reported, as in unable to watch this video. Edit: You stole two videos and turned it into a full animation, you never putted the credit which means you took it without permission.

Angel hawk animated one of these and since he/she told you to take this down because you stole their video.The other people who animated the rest of these may not want their video to be stolen. How dare you? This is still up years after the owners of the art and the story asked you to take it down. Your excuse makes no sense; you`re basically saying that it`s okay to steal two things but not one thing. The artists spent hours and huge amounts of effort on this, and the story owner spent money on it, and you think it`s okay to just steal it. Your channel is literally a joke; your only video is a stolen one. If this stays up you will get in huge trouble, and that`s not just a threat. I would of thought that by now you would get the hint and finally take this down, but no, it`s still up. This counts as theft and claiming copyright ownership of something that you can`t legally post. It`s not worth keeping this up; you`re just gonna get more and more hate comments and reports, and eventually KZfaq will ban your channel and possibly your account. This is TRUE, just believe us and take it down for the sake of everybody, including yourself.

People making way to much drama if you ask me. You see, I do agree with everyone that this is heavily! heavily! copied, but I'm pretty sure the uploader doesn't care and KZfaq not taking it down means that they don't care either. The uploader has to deal with the consequences if there are some. I'm just going to enjoy the leftovers of a video I used to love before it got taken down. About the other one. I gotta say I'm an artist and seeing some of my art getting reuploaded. I actually wouldn't accept that so what I wanna say is, I think it's "Okay" to reupload Pumpkin Claws art since he/she left with all her lovely content and a lot is just gone, like the first half of this video, but don't just steal the art of an artist that is still actively uploading. My last words about this. If Fabtastic Domino did write a comment(I haven't found one yet) then maybe this person should take it down since Domino is spending money, his own money! for these commissions. Wow I also made a drama out of this now. Lol. Have a great day whoever read through this. If there are to many comments that say "But bla bla bla and This is so wrong!" I will probably just delete this. Edit: I know I have some spelling mistakes. Leave me alone. Lol. Edit2: The original second part of the video also got taken down. It was called „Rabbithop's advice". Right now you can't find it anywhere on KZfaq which is why I decided to just enjoy this video and not complain anymore.
