Don Cherry said " do you want to see the airplane at JFK airport ?" I said OK. We took cab to JFK with my bread . He left me at the airport and went to Europe. Only he wanted was ride to JFK lol.

Ward was a wonderful player.. I saw him a bunch of times with Abdullah Ibrahim. He seemed to vanish.
