In the mid 90s , a daytime talk show was made , hoping to get the same success as Donahue and Oprah . The host was from a cancelled syndicated show like Hard Copy or A Current Affair . One guest wrote a book about being the son of a New York Godfather . Its rumored the Godfather book was based on HIS family . The son went to Vietnam instead of North Korea . Anyway ,the Godfather went to Vegas for business AND to see Frank Sinatra . The Godfather shows up early and Rickles was opening for him . As the Godfather gets to his reaerved seats Rickles does some comedy shtick about the Godfather and his entourage of goons . After Rickles finished the Godfather tells his son " I want him dead " .
