I suffered from all of these but thanks be to god I have overcome over 60% Each day I fight for the spotlight cos no more hiding

On the issue of niceness..I maintain that being nice is not the problem,it's being stupid or Foolish.. that's the issue, People interpret being nice in several ways, do what doesn't prick your conscience but stand up for yourself

This man is so experienced and manufactured by GOD,unlike some preachers that only know how to throw stones

That part of self sabotaging and saying negative words to myself, I became conscious of it when I discovered I have these trauma issues and I started reading a book to help me on this journey to heal. Now, when the thought of saying those words comes me, I say the exact opposite that is positive out loud and say it to myself several times. This topic is not a joke at all. God will help as many who needs help in this regard in Jesus name.
