Aaise nhi hai ki AAP Web Development se google me nhi ja skte you can bro Google ya koi v badi company bas fresher hoge tb hi only bina role decide kre hire krti hai on the basis of experience and after that training deke tumhre interest ke according and performance ke according tumhra Role decide krti hai but if you are already experienced then you can go directly but yes you should have very good knowledge about web development and DSA, and you have to make good projects during your past experience. Ab agr python ya alg kisi ke sath jana hai to aap ek chij ka Dhyan rkho aapko DSA best krna hoga because these companies believe on quality over quantity. So aap python krke DSA krke v entry le skte hai.

Bro just take help of your seniors and try to find internship in early age startups they don't care about gap or degree, just work there for 2-3 year and then you can get any job after that. but yes along with this time you can do your graduation with distance.
