This happened to us with Hier refrigerator within five years, there service man was unable to rectify the problem after 6 to 7 visit every time we have to pay for different parts. Lastly they told they have to change few parts which will cost 22000/- . We are sr.citizen it was very difficult to deal with all this. Ultimately we have to purchase new

Ye Bhai sahi bol rahe hai mere pass bhi 395 lts wala hai 1saal mai lg ne 7 to 8 times problem hua cooling ek dum finish hojati thi fir fan change kiya fir koi pcm kit something change Kiya par har ek mahine kay interval par same cooling problem uper partmai automatically less hojati thi but peace replace nahi kiya atlast after 1yr wahi engineer ne ye solution diya ki har 10din baad fridge ko 24hrs kay liye band rakho cooling waps sahi hojayegi and ab fridge ko 1.5 saal plus hua hai mai wahi karta hu har 10 din baad kyuki 10din baad cooling less hojati sirf upper part mai so Lg kay products pehle jaise nahi rahe and replacement sirf within 7days after sales hoti hai ye bhi hame 1saal baad batayagaya

Sir Very nice bahut badiya kiya aapne. Maine abhi liya tha LG ka liya tha 285 liya tha usme bhi ice problem thi. But maine 3 din mai hi jaha se liya tha showroom mai maine kaha waha par unhone mujhe dusra model de diya. Bahut acchi service thi showroom wale sir ji ki.

Your video is right-LG's build quality is terrible now. Technicians don't know if their fixes will work. Our compressor and refrigerator fan broke in just 3 years. Avoid LG and choose other brands. Their products are nothing but white elephants. You'll have to pay 3-5k per year to fix them. Not sure what will happen once the compressor warranty is over.

I buyed it in April seller had sent me display unit which had dent inside and air leakage from bottom of the door after complaining multiple times he replaced it but the replacement one is making noise , service person said it is common but earlier one had no noise and the sides of replacement model is bulging

साहब हितैजी का फ्रिज तो कोई नही खरीदे,मैने 21/10/2019 मे रू0 42500.00 का खरीदा था कुछ ही समय बाद इसमे खराबी आने लगी मैने कंप्लेंट की पर कोई नही आया फिर 2022 के बाद तो 3 दिन चलता था और 2 दिन बन्द हो जाता था फिर यही क्रम चलता रहता था,मैने 2022 से 15 अप्रैल 2024 तक कंप्लेंट की 16 अप्रैल को फ्रिज मे खराबी आ गयी,उसी दिन 4 बजे कम्पनी से रिपेयर वाला आया और चैक करने के बाद बोला इसकी पी सी बी खराब हो गयी है और रू 14500.00 का खर्च बताने लगा मैने बोला आप पहले आ गये होते तो यह नही होता । इस कम्पनी की सर्विस निहायती घटिया है ।

Hisense fridge. French 4 door 536 ltr. Bad product. 2yr 9 months chala.hisense has 3rd party Technician with bad attitude.after 12 visit 2 and a half month also they cant diagnose the problem. Finally technicians ne video bite pe hath khade kar diya... They have checked everything. Nothing more can be done. Now i am planing to upload ot on Twitter or X. Complaint is already in the consumer forum. Bohot Bekkar company hai. I have asked for compensation with refund or replacement.

Lg is good at after sales service but again costly. Now idiots arguing with out a second thought. Lg has downgraded it's products quality so they can earn from after sales service. Even after that lg, panasonic are best as they sale multi products. Daikin, o general, ifb are good. Then voltas, whirlpool, haier. Then godrej and samsung. All are siblings in harassing customer.

भाई यार आज ही ये घटिया फ्रीज मैने भी मंगाया है कूलिंग नही हो रही है ठीक से इसलिए सोचा YT पर देखु के सेटिंग कैसे करते है जिससे नीचे के हिस्से में कूलिंग हो पर ऐसा वीडियो मिला नही जिसमे इस मॉडल का सेटिंग बताया गया हो आपका वीडियो मिला तो पता चला सेटिंग ठीक है बस LG ब्रांड ही घटिया है

Bhai barabar bol raha he lg pehele jesa nahi raha mera bhi plate heater kharab ho gaya aur ye part na company banati he. Nahi repair karti he bakvass he
