@@JohnsonStobeck I have had this Keyboard since two years, it has NEVER let me down once. If you dont want to invest 200 into a Keyboard that is designed for years of use, than thats fine. Search for a keyboard from Temu or smth with the same speed, realibility and comfort. And then cry because your 40 Bucks got scamed because you bought some low quality shit which isnt properly working after 2 Weeks of use. I played fortnite, where i literaly DESTROY my keyboard with pressing the buttons, and its still working flawless after 2 entire years. So dont come up with this demand shit, its worth every day of waiting.

We went for this size as it fits most mechanical keyboards (heights) and has a good slope angle.

in some european languages “carton” is the word for the material, like in french you say “carton” for cardboard. something similar could be the case for dutch (these guys are all dutch) and it could’ve made their way into their english.

@@rexhasta I know, it’s the case for dutch as well. In dutch it’s karton and it means the material not a container. I pointed it out because I’ve never heard anyone say carton, and I don’t think it’s that common to say in english. Do they even know what it means if he hadn’t pointed to it? 😂

@@mimp8365 probably lol, if carton only refers to things made of cardboard its not hard to realize what someone means if they say "its made of carton"

I had the exact same experience as in the video except breaking it. Even trying to clean it, it was never reaaaaally clean. It's definitely a thing. That's cool that you don't have issues though 👍🏻

The Wooting wrist rest is quite firm, but yet feels soft to the touch. I used the Glorious (one in the video) for quite a while before working at Wooting. But since using the Wooting wrist rest I can't go back anymore, heh. But of course it is a bit biased coming from someone who works there now. 😂 So you just got to try it out, just to be sure. ^Sander

Due to the coating on top of the wrist rest, the sweating isn't much of a problem. It doesn't stick or anything. Also, you can easily clean it under the sink.

It is. It's a bit of an over generalization, but if you have a gel base, you (factory) wouldn't want to use cardboard. You should look at the price to see if it's worth the trade-off, the one in the video is comparatively not cheap.

Best would be to check in the dimensions of your keyboard. Full size is: 445 x 100mm TKL is: 367 x 100mm Both have an angle of 4,5 degrees.

The material doesn't compress the carpal tunnel because there is enough softness. Similar to sitting on wood vs stone, wood would seem very stiff but actually it's far more softer than stone and easier to sit on for long hours. When something becomes too cushioned, you can get an averse affect by masking the feeling in your area, and only noticing once you move. Similar to having a very soft couch providing no support.

@@Wooting i see i bought it’s amazing! Just was making sure, I got no carpal issues anyway, but so far it s the best wrist rest I had, the one I had before was shorter and barely touched the carpal which is why I was asking but it was much much softer, I wanted a harder one anyway.

I have one. I recovered my Razer wrist rest with real leather. It's not actually a difficult job. I found the instructions on Reddit.

There's a limbo with reserved stock (due to pre-orders with keyboard) versus on-hand stock. We are manually approving wrist rest only orders that should not conflict with reserved stock. The batch stock itself still on its way to warehouse and will arrive in 2 waves.

Look up the height of the keyboard. Our wrist rest is 20mm in height, and has a 4,5 degree angle. If the Corsair K70 TKL matches that, then yes! :)

A cloth deskmat will always cause a more slippery surface on rubber/silicone grip, due to dust particles attaching faster and not having enough surface to grip on. Once your hands rest on it however, it'll be steady and not move around at all.

Wooting one has rapid trigger now since the recent wootility updates. It doesn't have the range like the Lekker switch variants. But it is there! :D

@@Wooting Screw-In stabs are vastly superior (not rattle between plate and stab, if the plate has proper clearance). And the 3rd party options are much better. You can't even get TX, Owl or Staebies for plate mounted boards. It's just sad. You did a lot right by going with the gh60/dz60 formfactor it would have been nice to use proper high end stabs in a build like that. I spent almost 1000€ for the components to build my HE60 and now I need to use clip in stabs.

Sounds like you don't need a wrist rest or you're using a slim keyboard. Keep in mind wrist rests only help against fatigue and really shitty wrist rests will increase the chance of carpal tunnel syndrome (basically your nerves under the wrists getting constant pressure from sharp edge or "pillow wrapping" material that adds additional pressure)
