Can you attach the rain liner with the trouser with velcro or loops in the same way as the thermal liner? Or is it just put on like an over-trouser?

I bought Rynox air gt3 jacket at authorized dealer, I also got it same package like yours, rynox is selling covers as separate accesories to store the gears.

My waist size is 33.5 and I bring size XL..if I am not use the velcro it's 1.5 inch larger..is it worth a little larger size taken or we should use fitting size..kindly inform your suggestion as you might have used it for sometime and I purchase it today from Rynox online as I may return it on your opinion
