Wash the rear brake before every ride ,rear brake issue will be resolved or change the brake pad to costly branded one.😅 Chain issue never bother me as i lube every 400km with wd 40& motomax lube.

I don't use lube, i use gear oil... It is good for our indian conditions.... The holes are there in disc plate are use to clean and cool the entire braking system...

Mera N160 ka kaha kaha se awaz ata he hisab nai..town se jab gaon jata hu road bahat kharab he.. September main 1 year complete huwa..chain ka sound irritating he..aur piche ke taraf se ek sound ata jaise kio screw lose ho rakha he jab service center leke geya unko pata hi nehi sala awaz kaha se aa raha tha 2 ghante tak..tab se service center leke geya nehi..muje gaddi ka power bahat acha lagta he bahat stable he 100km pe bhi compare to other same segment bike..50km nikalta he mera per hour normally.. Abhi recently ek hapte se engine malfunction ka light indicate kar raha he pata nehi..kiya huwa iss baar.. August main ek problem aa raha tha jab continuous 40 to 50 km distance salata tha oil leakege ka light indicate hota tha kuch dino tak ab ye problem khud bandh huwa he..

Ye sound laga bhag 6 month se AA Raha he lakin bahat Kam tha jab speed breaker ye path whole crose karta tha tab sound ata tha aur engine malfunction light bhi indicate Nehi karta tha kuch dino se sound bahat Jayda AA Raha he aur engine malfunction light indicate ho Raha he..sometimes it's goes of and indicate again when I speed up above 50 like Ye sensor badal dega kiya service center wale

Near about 1000 cost hai... agar light continuously dikhai aur bike missing kare aur band ho jaye tab hi change karna... aur apko khud se pata lagana padega kaha kaha se sound hota hai tab unlogo ko bolne se thik kaar dega, ek to apka headlight iska hilta hai uska sound ata hai, woh check karna... Aur pot holes and speed breaker se jane se chain mein sound hota hai... woh aup time to time maintain karna chain adjust (righting) and lube karke rakhna...

Chain ka problem itna major issue nahi hai, sirf time to time maintain karna chayiye... Aup agar student ho to apko mein N160 suggest karunga, mileage bhi accha hai aur maintenance bhi bohot kaam hai...

No. Engine knocking is not normal. Silencer k cooling wali tak tak is normal. Engine se sound ana is an issue

Solutions for this chapri vai problems - bhai ,apka chain jang kaya hua hai 😅 lube karwane ka bhi paisa nahi hai bike le lia. Meter me jo sound hai wo abs motor ka hai, engine ka jo sound hai wo hot engine oil ka hai from meneral oil by bajaj,motul full synthetic engine oil lagalo thik ho jayega.
