I live near a piece of farmland which is abused all the time, junkies in cars playing loud music, constant anti social behaviour, flytipping, every time I call the police they say”it’s private land, civil matter” but when it’s a corporate complaint……

Who owns the land they are trespassing on .? . lot of small holdings and such are owned by old timers who simply cant afford to restrict the access. If its an unused private road they usually dump hardcore to restrict vehicle access .

That is a clear lie, she was on the phone while walking towards you, and considering she said that in to the phone, that would ve a false report, so a criminal offence against a member of the public. AB, if you've been asked to leave often, you leave. Once security has told you to leave, you're trespassing. So, if I were security, you would have been escorted physically off the site. The sign is their order for you to leave once they identified that access was not open to the public, but there should be a sign to save confusion. Once you were told to leave, you lost your point relating to free access.

Nope all the sis licences are given to foreigners as the cost the security 20% less to employ them & they get sia licenses given to them, some can't even speak basic English

You ARE an immigrant. Your ancestors didn’t grow out of the ground. The world England gets its name from foreigners. St George isn’t English, he’s half Turkish and half Palestinian. There is so much insecurity in the “English” identity because none of it is properly explained or accepted. It’s those in power who feel people like yourselves are simply content with being empowered with base nationalism.
