This game was slept on heavy. The gameplay, customization, only thing was not enough stages. Other than that, this is a diamond in the rough.

More like shit on heavily. Everyone thought it was a joke, no one in Japan played it seriously and people in the states were playing UMVC3, KOF XIII, or waiting for Trash Ass TTT2.

the gem system was garbage, bonus damage and auto combos for doing little mini challanges and some of the best and easiest ones were pre order DLC

@@ViewtifulCombo u see back in 2011-2012 this game was hyped up to the max trailers, marketing, and tournaments galore then when it came to sfxt during that time the many other fighting games flooded the market mvc3 and thrn 6 months later umvc3, blazblue chrono phantasm, guilty gear, etc. Sfxt was gorgeous for its time and ugly at the same time the gem system was a sham, timeouts basically ever other match, pandora mode wasn't even a threat and basically shouldn't have been in the game and then it came down to the dlc that broke the the camels back when people found out they were charging for characters that were actually locked in the disc itself if u had a modded xbox u can jtag it and play the dlc no sweat but for those who had ps3 they were furious because of that capcom never put dlc on the disc ever since

It really is low-key unique & innovative 🔥 the gem system was designed for the casuals online, but pro players in tourneys used a consistent & fair gem system. That's the biggest misconception of SF x Tekken: the gem system is NOT pay 2 win in pro circles, but rather in scrub circles (to be brutally honest).

I still remember Harada-San prodigy Michael Murray stated that Tekken 7 will connect to TekkenXStreetfighter and it will be canon to the franchise. Akuma was suppose to be introductory character in which he bridge the gap of how the Street fighter characters are introduced into the Tekken-Verse this was way back when he gotten announced back in December 2016.
