I recently cleaned my fuel injectors with 180K miles on them and now I have a rough idle and gas smell from the exhaust. I wish I had left them alone.

greetings, good work. I have a marine engine. A lot of gasoline is coming to the injectors, but I think it is not going to the spark plugs, because they are dry. Also, when I press the starter, it throws oily gasoline from the exhaust. The injectors were tested and found to be sound. What do you think could be the reason? I wish you a good day.

Please help. After cleaning my injectors my car has issues starting up. The car starts up normal when the engine is cold But when i drive the car and then stop it for an hour and then turn it on again it hesitates to turn on. It happened after cleaning the injectors. Is it possible that cleaning damaged the injectors?

Very informational. I think I will replace the fuel injectors on my truck because it gets 15 miles per gallon. Who knows when is the last time they were replaced, maybe they are the original 20 year old ones.

Cant you change the firmware of ecu to account 50% increase of fuel spraying? It would mean: set 2/3 of time for the new injector to have same fuel amount

Interesting. I was unaware of this. But if the injectors were over delivering fuel wouldn't you see it in the fuel trim numbers? Anyway, good video.

These injectors do not need to be replaced. If you are dirty, wash them in 10 minutes. If you want to buy, then buy only the original and second-hand ones. Cheap ones from Kiyata will not work correctly.
