Summary; • Your wealth and lifestyle may be very good but you may not realise it because of your comparison to people with greater wealth than you. 2 x key words: Tawaqul - reliance on Allah (swt). Qan’a - contentment and satisfaction with what you have without complaints. • Be thankful and satisfied with the provisions from Allah (swt), especially those things that we WANT and are BEYOND our daily necessities. Hadith - whoever wakes up and has the following, it’s as if the entire duniya has been rolled up and brought to their feet; 1. Good health. 2. Safety and security. 3. Sustenance for the day. • It’s ok to have wealth, but dangerous to compare yourself to people with greater wealth than you; this can create dissatisfaction and misery.

One problem I spot in some people, is that they tend to compare people with other people. This can become an inspiration, for the people to compare themselves to others. It's a bad habit. And I think most of us have been guilty of this. We have to also think, Allah hasn't made any of us useless. We should not become arrogant or smug, nor should one think of themselves as less significant then others.

Mashallah! jazakallah a much needed lecture really motivated me i was down and really the last hadees and hakim story really moved me and this story is so motivating: alhamdulillah Allah made me come across this lecture Allah really helps in strange ways tawakul and qinaat-'---the keys
