Tanja, your imagination knows no limits :-) I never add vinegar and never had any problems whatsoever. I do 3hrs of cunning, and my jars are just perfect after much longer than 18 mths, not to mention 12 mths. God bless, keep up the great work. All the best from Edinburgh, Scotland.

Not every jar will get botulism if you do not add vinegar... botulism is rare but high toxic if develop. Vinegar is must if you want to be safe. Anyway, botulism poison is termal unstabile... security measure is to heat every meal from jar at 80 Celaius for 10 minutes. Thank you for watching me. Greetings from Serbia ❤️

I'm enjoyng your videos! Hello from Brazil ! You say to cook the food for 1 hour if going store on refrigerator and eat it in 15 days, or 3 hours if going to store outside refrigerator and eat after one year or longer. But I have a doubt: can I cook for 3 hours and save it on refrigerator for more than one year ? Or is it safer to store outside the refrigerator if going to store it longer than 1 year? Keep up the good work!
