4 packs instant noodles
4 large eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 & 1/2 cup hot boiling water
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garlic seasoning mix (optional)
Cheddar cheese (for toppings)

I was doing this back in 98,99,00,01,02,03,04 in CDC. never to return #freeLiving, however i have not been able to set myself free from making spreads 😁 every now and then i get away with sharing with my two boys ages 14 & 10 they love it how ironic domt you think? This is awesome thank you for sharing! I do something similar when I’m broke! I buy a bag of frozen broccoli/cauliflower, put some of them in first,then add ramen noodles/ then an egg except I leave them whole! It’s delicious and gets me through a week or two! Little better nutrition than my usual of just noodles! Love this!

If you want your food faster and don't feel like doing all the extra ingredients you can also just make the noodles like the package says and drop a couple beaten eggs in the boiling water. You must stir it constantly and vigorously once they're in but it works very well for a quick lunch with no effort at all.

@@getin3949 I mean if you do basic workouts or even get on your feet for a few hours a day and don’t eat this for every meal of the day all week you’ll have nothing to worry about, fear mongering isn’t a good attitude to have either since it all comes down to moderation like everything else in life but if you want to just pull the if you eat this no matter what you’ll get diabetes card then go ahead believe it while ignoring you’d have to already have a bad diet to begin with to get diabetes from eating and on top of taking into account someone daily routine’s because I can safely say you’ll be fine to eat this as long as you’re staying active and not being a couch potato.

It does. If you’re too lazy just add onions, tomatos, a sprinkle of salt and black pepper when you’re making scrambled eggs. You can also add some chicken, muchrooms, cut up pieces of sausages or spam. I eat the scrambled eggs with rice on the bottom. That’s usually how I eat my eggs
