I had radial head replacement, I lost 10% of movement in my arm and I now suffer with pain daily, but on the plus side I can still ride and work. Good luck Christian.

I'm right there with you Christian. I tore my ACL, medial + lateral meniscus, and fractured my femoral + tibial plateaus casing a jump on my snowboard. Just had surgery a month ago. Life hasn't been super fun, but I'm starting to feel a lot better now. Good luck with recovery!

That is awesome that they let you film the surgery itself. As someone in the medical field, it is always cool to see the repairs. I am a paramedic so I normally only get to see the carnage and not the fixing. Hope you have a smooth and full recovery.

I had surgery on my collar bone last summer and it is so interesting to see the similarities in mine to his operation. I actually had a nerve block before the surgery too so I never had to deal with the same after surgery pain he did. Love you guys good luck on recovery!

Bummed to see you go down and get injured. But you went to the #1 surgeon in the US for that surgery! Look what Dr Viola did for Roczen! If I ever had that bad of an injury I’d want Dr Viola to fix me! Damn you made it to 27!! I can’t make it to 1! And they never tell me when I’m getting the sleepy milk! I’m on the operating table and next thing I know I’m waking up! Last surgery I was totally dressed and in a wheelchair when I woke up! Now take your time and heal up 100%! It sucks when you aren’t out there racing. But I’d rather see you out there fully healed! Paige! Make sure he’s 100%! Thanks for letting us see the surgery! That stuff amazes me! How good the Dr can repair such injuries! Hope you’re feeling better buddy! Thoughts and prayers are with you guys!

Wow! I remember those sounds in the hospital last year, and it's all so familiar!! I was in Frisco, CO and crashed into the face of a jump after overshooting my landing and broke my back, 2 ribs, my clavicle, and tore an artery in the back of my neck.. They had to transport me to Denver, CO for surgery and I was there for a week... I didn't last maybe 5 seconds with the Stesia lol!!!!! Heal up CC! You'll be back homie!!!

15:05 reminds me of being an inpatient at August VA. My Aunt lived 30 minutes away and when she was able to bring me snacks. It was HEAVENLY eating something different then hospital food!!! Plusses the fact that I had my jaw wired shut, so u was on IV for 27 days 🤣

That should heal right up. Awesome you got no nerve damage... destroyed my elbow a couple years ago. 3 plates 14 screws.. lots of missing bone. Nerve damage. I'm not a pro but ride probably 8 hrs a week. Arm works fine. Wish I could get the nerves to work a little more. Long story long. You'll bounce right back 😅 heal well. Lots of folks rooting for ya.
