Head down, tunnel vision. I want to RETAIN the ball not just attack like a headless chicken when it doesn’t make sense. Garnacho lacks technical ability, is weak, can’t pass, can’t retain the ball, not a great finisher, he’s just bang average all around. Garnacho will be playing for Granada in a few years time.

If you put roy keane in this team, he gets frustrated falls out with most of them and everyone gets upset. If you put keane in a team with van dijk, rice, de bruyne Ronaldo or any other leader you can name, they get the best out of each other. That tells you one thing, this team doesn’t have the right mentality. Of this current crop id say martinez for sure, Hojlund, mainoo, garnacho would all benefit from a roy keane, Maguire and Mctominey all tho lacking in ability wouldn’t have an issue but also need to leave. Roy Keane would be a huge plus for Bruno also but then youd struggle to find anyone else who wouldn’t spit their dummy out. Moral of the story is, you need a team of leaders and workaholics adding one does not help and may even hinder progress

I was at Old Trafford for the first time in my life for this game, and I can say first hand if it wasn’t obvious already, the fans absolutely love Amad, every time he got the ball and tried something the fans would cheer him on and react much better than they did to Antony. If he doesn’t start Amad then there has to be something more sinister going on

In the Summer transfer market, Olise and/or Frimpong, (would be excellent additions), would improve Rasmas' game multiple times ultimately improving our win ratio which WOULD make us a guaranteed top 4 club ⚽

I doubt we can sell ten players unless we give most of them away for free. But we'll probably only bring in five players at most. So I think some players will be kept as squad players. Ten Hag might not want Maguire or McTominay, but the squad is so flimsy, he might have to keep them.

Mark! I completely agree with you when it comes to purchasing talent in the same position as Rashford. United needs to because they need to give him a sign that he either needs to step up or be happy on the bench. Also, it's a notification to him that his spot is always, and currently up for grabs. We may see him get better, or he just decides to leave. Either way, it benefits United.

One thing I think that needs to be realised is that we will not have the clear out that fans are hoping for. We'll probably get rid of 12 players but maybe not the players that we want to. Also remember that although ETH or the next manager can advise on what players to get or to sell, it will be up to the board on the deals. Likely outgoings: AWB, Varane, Casemiro, DVDB, Eriksen, Hannibal, Martial, Williams, Maguire, Greenwood, Pellestri. Anyone hoping Rashford will be sold will probably not get it.

@@nickg2431 The reason I left out Sancho is that I think he is going to be quite difficult to sell. I also think he could return if ETH is sacked. The players I mentioned all need to go anyway but those looking for anything drastic won't be happy I think. I also think that TUS rightfully talks about a clear out but most fans believe that with INEOS a magic wand will be waved and we will be so much better next season, I feel like it will be better but could still be a slog.

@@palynch Part of the problem at United is players are injury prone or (Varane) treat their bodies with such care that they are unable to play a significant amount of games. We need a LB so shaw can be kept as a backup or for big games where experience is necessary

Do we all remember Garnacho wasn't amazing at the start of the season, we gave him a run of games and he started performing consistently. I fell Amad may need the same thing, he shows promise when he plays but a few games in a row could be what he needs?

Getting sick of Marcus, he’s paid £350K a week, he’s in an extremely privileged position, yet his performances are dreadful, and even worse he cannot take criticism. Right now he do not deserve to play for United, his attitude stinks, his body language is atrocious and he thinks he has the right to come out on twitter and say people are abusing him? They’re criticising you and rightly so. Earn your place, because it is not guaranteed and he is not deserving of it right now. Is comfortable, reached a GREAT salary, reached a good contract, reached great respect, ..... if he were to go anywhere else the expectancy would crush him, PSG would be crushing, he'd never live up to expectations, at United.. he has it ALL, there's limited ramifications for none performance, and he's comfortable in this environment living on a few talented moments. Rashy and his agent brothers even believe he's a mench and could be sold for trillions and go on to be a PSG hero, even wearing Prada jacket!.... but in Rashy's mind..and I hope you read this Rashy (coz you do) he's not keen on PSG or anyone else, ..he simply couldn;t deliver.

Mark! What are you on about! Amad didn’t really out a foot wrong and the team had better balance with him in it! He looks after the ball well, isn’t as one dimensional as Antony, if anything it’s the fact he isn’t getting starts that’s making him play a bit on the safe side.
