I have finished Masters from University of Sussex in 2018. I would like to inform you that, when you go for studying under Tier 4 visa, you should complete the course. Without completing the course you don't have any excuse to justify when you extending or changing your visa for any other purpose. As per the new immigration rules, the UK authorities relaxed post study schemes. Because, when I was studying in Sussex, there was no post study visa schemes. As per the new schemes, all students who completed courses in a university will legally eligible to extend your visa for 2 years after your studies. So, don't follow what agencies or agents suggests, do your own research before you go studies abroad.

There are lots of students that come to the U.K. and most just want to fit in and study for a professional degree and good luck to them and may they go far in their future lives because mostly are genuine nice people that deserve a decent start in life. But there is a percentage that uses this as an excuse to get into the U.K. and have no intention of studying ,and just use it as an excuse to break all the immigration laws when all when all we want is people to be honest with us , the trouble is that when they get caught they try and bring in some kind of race card against us which is used by the trouble makers to stir up racism between India and Britain . Please don’t listen as there’s somewhere in the region of 700000 Indian people that are quite happily living in the U.K. and may they continue to do so

ഇവൻ്റെ കേസിൽ ശെരിയാണ് എന്ന് അറിയില്ല പലരും പഠിക്കാൻ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് പോയിട്ട് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി fee മൊത്തം കൊടുക്കാതെ മുങ്ങി നടക്കാറുണ്ട്. അത് University ഗവൺമെൻ്റിൽ അറിയിക്കും അപ്പോ ഇങ്ങനെ ഓരോന്ന് വരാറുണ്ട്.

He wasn’t scammed. The north Indian agents issued him a COC. They delivered what they promised. He was trying to do a fraud and got caught. The entire thing is his mistake. No one else’s.

Actually one of my friend who is a nurse had also came to study in UK and after 3-4 months of her course, she changed her study visa into carer work visa, but she had no problems. I think as she was a nurse the UK visa people did not have any problem as carer job and nursing job are related, but here as he is an MBA student and trying to go into another field of work would have caused them to think something is fishy.

The only reason he got into this situation is because of his greed. I was in uk for 6 years, so I know these things. When a university issue a visa, u have to complete the course. That’s why they are giving it. Not to work full time or anything. The immigration officer might have contacted the university and came to know he doesn’t have attendance. He fell into his own greed and he is blaming some north indi guy.

Bro we can’t apply for carer visa without working at least for a 6 month. ( it’s mentioned in UKVI site ) . Never give to northern Indian people without knowing their details. Don’t tell that you want settle in uk . At least you should know that the agency is not your sponsor.

For god's sake, don't mislead people again! Those on student visa cannot apply to change their sponsor ship to a work visa until 3 months before the actual end date of their course of study, not simply after 6 months! And the work can only be taken up after the actual course end date

I feel disappointed for his problem. Nowadays, many pupils are pursuing a graduation in uk because they dreamed a floursh lucrative job or career. Ergo , some of them are impulsive to take decisions and having a greedy thoughts will always make us foolish at the end of the day. If you had PR then why do you say it was a 5 year visa and it expired! PR is what it is "Permanent Residency" not a visa that expires! So were you on a dependency visa previously and not truly had your PR! You dont make any sense ..

If you break uk immigration rules applicable to your tier 4 visa then you face the consequences...it is pure and simple! If you are coming to the UK to study MBA, one would assume you would have the ability to read/ comprehend the rules and regulations! Why would UK give you any reason to stay after what you did... Atleast ICE havent taken you away to a Detention Centre for deportation as that would be next steps if you dont comply...

One of my colleague shared this video.. sorry to hear abt ur situation..This is the utter stupidity from your side to try something before your course ends and which is not related to ur Field.. This is similar to taking driving license without having any prior knowledge.. Another one: most of us thinks that its very easy to get PR in Uk.. They haven't made IELTs mandatory because its part of businesses to make more investmen in education sector.. try to get a work into ur field in psw period and if its not at all possible then go for other options.. dont choose a subject for the namesake of getting PR.. getting a ban means it will put a bad impression on ur future endeavors too.. Funny part is they are providing 2 years PSW , isnt it enough for you to get a job?This kind of actions put authorities to take strict surveillance on visa issuance part . In your case this caption suits well " speed thrills but kills" 😓.. Anyways bro try to sort out the issue Asap.. 😓
