This is the first ever club final on Dallas Karting Complex's new South track. After winning the prefinal, I'm starting on pole in the 100cc Masters race. One little error cost me a lot.

Your handling was so good in the beginning. That kart seems like it is so planted and your throttle control coming out of the slow corners is great!

Thanks. It caught by surprise. I saw a front bumper after it went off there about a week earlier and it was destroyed. I got lucky overall.

Hate that for you. This kart seems to be a better kart than your sodi kart to me anyway. Seems to handle better. I can also see you improving every time you get on the track in this class. Keep it you will be winning your share of races soon!

I appreciate these videos! Only been a couple of times but can't wait to try the new tracks. Any idea which one they typically run rental races on, or do they go back and forth?

North track is rental only. Right now they’re not changing it up.

but the rental track is running backwards which is rly fun and it feels like a new track

@@IllegalAlienRacing If I go again I'll definitely be avoiding the rental races and the north track. The karts felt gutless vs last year and the track was like ice. Fun for drifting, but that's about it. Was really disappointing

Also, are they putting the rentals on this track or on the slippery one?

Just some comments/pointers: Seems like your kart has a lot of understeer. You are sliding but it seems to be caused by too much steering angle and the stuck rear. In the transition it appears like oversteer but its actually caused by a lack of front end grip. Maybe a softer seat? Or a harder rear axle perhaps? Gear also seems to be too long for your weight. Maybe one tooth up? Also need to work on your braking. Too gradual with brake pedal. You want to be ON HARD then trail off. You want to be on the brakes for as short a time as possible. Thats the biggest weakness now.

Doesn’t seem to be any damage other than cosmetic damage to the paint on the frame. I have that chassis wrap so that helped some.

@@IllegalAlienRacing Awesome. That chassis is brand new. I bought an LO206 chassis. Still lack a seat and engine (plus residual go parts). Also, I posted a race from Houston on my channel . No voiceover though. You know how I sound….like a hillbilly. How about some constructive criticism when you have a moment.
