Ahh yes, back when Michael and the animatronics did come out of the game and weren't doppelgangers. EDIT: After coming back to this video since it was one of the first CoryxKenshin videos I saw, I realize what I said here was kinda stupid. The original plan for the story was to have Michael be a separate character who was a best friend of Scott's, however, he grew rather jealous of Scott and wanted to be with Val. So he programmed animatronics that resembled the ones from Scott's games to kill only him so he could have Val. Yet a major malfunction occurred with them, possibly having to do with a fire in a different location, where they burned and just kill whoever. This is mentioned in the Bedroom's demo where Michael accidentally turns his transmission from the radio on and says "Goddammit, why are they doing this? I programmed them to only kill HIM, not the others...!"
