When you're by yourself, you can avoid toxic people, negativity, and the stress of disconnection. Having some time to yourself can provide you with a sense of tranquility, an opportunity to contemplate, and a break from the challenges of difficult relationships. It enables you to focus solely on yourself, free from any unconscious burdens imposed by others. It's important to recognize that maintaining healthy relationships is crucial for our well-being.
However, it's equally important to avoid staying in toxic relationships just to avoid being alone, as this ultimately doesn't benefit anyone in the long term. It takes bravery to acknowledge when certain relationships cause more harm than good. When you start appreciating some time alone, you create an opportunity to connect with people who truly understand and appreciate you.
Embracing solitude allows your true self to surface in a peaceful manner. While the concept of being alone may cause anxiety for some people, in numerous instances, solitude is preferable to being in negative company. When we disconnect from negative relationships, we can tap into our inner wisdom, clarity, and calm.

When you've lost countless loved ones...you realize, everyone is temporary. We all die

But we're actually eternal at the same time, death is merely a state of changing consciousness.

Love Never Disappears St. Augustine Love never disappears for death is a non-event. I have merely retired to the room next door. You and I are the same; what we were for each other, we still are. Speak to me as you always have, do not use a different tone, do not be sad. Continue to laugh at what made us laugh. Smile and think of me. Life means what it has always meant. The link is not severed. Why should I be out of your soul if I am out of your sight? I will wait for you; I am not here, but just on the other side of this path. You see, all is well.

I feel like narcissistic people worship loneliness and thus feel it is unattainable without destroying someone else's desire to be alone. They are always alone because they will never be with anyone. 😮
