@@ericaisaac64 it's not a ki charge here. What probably happened was he wanted the parry the first time, and immediately did it again as he saw he didn't fall for it. And realized by the 2nd time mainman wouldn't fall for it at all so he gave it up.

If you think about it. The title said don't ki charge is also true. Ki charging doesn't always mean taunting, and at the end of the day it's better if you don't ki charge to kazuya. The parry ends with ki charge effect, therefore no blocks and guaranteed counter hit. Ambiguous title is ambiguous.

I have seen some players almost always ki-charge after you are on the ground. It was not to taunt the opponent, but to gain access to counter hit mixups.
