Personally I have a very strong hunch that Lewlew instantly thought that she had to be a cultist but felt bad so he wanted to secretly "join" the cultist and throw away some suspicion from them. His years of being the person who introduces the TTT-sessions (and is kinda the de jure showrunner because of that) has trained his brain for content above all else. And chaos is content. I also might be completely wrong and Lewis was just being Lewis and over thinking it

Jenga towers don't lose the top row. Ravs would actually have been more believable if he had shoved down the whole top of the tower and then blamed it on Lydia leaving it so unstable.

Yeah not the uhhh, best play by the yogs. Only 2 people actually knocked blocks off, and both of them had very unbelievable stories about how they did it. All Becky did was misremember some floor pieces, and the number was close enough anyway. It's hard to tell how much they're being intentionally dumb for content, and how much is just them not being great at deduction. It's really obvious to us because we know who the traitors are, so that doesn't help.

@@MrSpannnersyeah, there’s basically no way you can “accidentally” knock off just the top layer or two in jenga, unless you actually have your hand up there and accidentally throw them off directly when moving your hand. I don’t understand why he didn’t just knock the tower over, even if just partially: - It would’ve made the tower shorter than what he did, resulting in a lower prize - It would’ve been more believable, as that does happen much more regularly than just the top three blocks falling off - He could’ve blamed it on the person before him for making the tower unstable, deflecting blame away from himself in a somewhat believable fashion

I really don’t understand why they just… knocked the blocks from off the top, rather than “trying” to play honestly and saying it fell over because it was so unstable? It’s *so much more suspicious* that just a few blocks fell off the top than it collapsing entirely

Seriously. I don't think, in 30 years, I've ever seen a handful of blocks somehow slide off the top of a Jenga tower. They either collapse completely or, at best, the bottom half remains standing. I would bet you could ask 100 random people and not one will have seen it. Boba had her hands tied going so early, but Ravs could have gotten away with just kicking it over.

Neither of them just didn't happen to think too deeply about it. On the surface level less blocks dropped=less suspicious. Even though it's just gonna make your story really hard to explain. Maybe they thought that the order people acted in would have been a secret instead of impossible to fake the order with an interrogation right after the act?

She could have made the tower alot more unstable, push blocks closer together or closer to one side. Basically make it hell for the next person. I'd also try to steal some blocks completely, seeing if they would allow that even.

It's hard to think in the moment. It might help the game for the cultists to know the challenge ahead of time so they can strategize together. Rav's best move would have been to topple the tower at its weak point and then place one block. Neither of their stories about knocking several blocks off the top made a ton of sense.

This is why figuring out who is the baddie among yogscast members is so difficult. By all logic, the Boba should've just destabilized the tower, so she could blame the next person if it fell, claiming it was perfectly stable. So logically, the cultist **SHOULD** have been Lydia who left such a shaky tower, but I've seen her try and cut carrots, so you never know if they're a baddie or just bad at doing stuff in general. Because everyone are agents of chaos in their own way, there's no way to tell if someone is just extremely bad at something, or if they're the cultist. Incidentally, this is why I love the yogscast and never want them to change. Absolutely brilliant series.

The traitors played this task really poorly. A traitor going early could have moved a bunch of blocks to destabilize the entire tower, hoping an innocent would knock it over later. A traitor going later could just shove the whole thing and blame someone else for destabilizing it. Removing just a few blocks from the top was the worst thing either of them could do. Either way, I absolutely love this format. The production quality is through the roof. I can't wait for more!

If the Cultists knocked some blocks over and twisted the tower to appear like they desperately tried to stabilize it I think that woulda been rather convincing. Especially when the next person coming in could verify the tower was twisted.

Very interesting to see Boba managed to play off the blocks on the floor. The facts of the matter were so clear too! Boba went, she admitted to "accidentally" knocking blocks off... but only a few? That's not normal Jenga so it would ring suspicious... and Bekki noticed blocks on the floor and reported as such... so clearly Boba is suspicious and yet she STILL managed to get away with it! Very impressive Boba! Very impressive indeed! I don't know how she talked her way out of that. I liked Mark being the wild card and whispering, "Unless I'm lying...." Also Ravs INSTANTLY defending himself should be seen as suspicious... the innocent have nothing to hide, so why was he so reactive? Hm? Lydia was right to be suspicious. Then Lewis just... not seeing the pattern and throwing suspicions to Duncan and Mango??? Lewis is such a wild card. "It felt like his story was so innocent." Lewis!! LMAO The editing, suspense building, music, everything about this series is fantastic!!

Yeah, putting them back in from the top was the first thing that came to my mind. Or subtly moving the blocks around to make the tower more unstable, without actually changing their spots in the tower, would have been nearly impossible to spot. Knocking a couple off of the top was such a weird move. But then again. Watching from the sidelines with hindsight might just be affecting my perception of the situation to make them look dumber than they were.

It's like walking into a murder scene and accusing someone who was in a different country while there are people holding bloody knives standing next to the body. I'm amazed Ravs and Boba almost got away with the worst possible play of knocking only a few pieces off.

Big Brain move: Cultist take a bunch of blocks off the tower and stack them nicely in a pile next to the tower. Then say everything went fine and you added bricks to the tower. If it was orginized and looked deleberate, the next players could have thought that was the pile of bricks was just where they were supposed to pull from.

My only logistical question is how they record the cultists when they’re killing someone without giving away who it is. I feel like getting up from your chair would make a lot of noise

@@KanadasKidIt really does seem like the cultists weren't fully aware about how things were supposed to work. With how the game was set up, the order they acted in was 100% clear. Would've been more fair to the cultists, if that was obfuscated somehow.

Man there are so many things the traitors could have done to make this more interesting. Dropping some blocks on the floor is just going to make the job easier for everybody else, since they can just pick em up from the floor and put them on top for free. Would have loved to see some tampering with tower stability or hiding blocks inside the chest to make the guy equipping the cloak seem more of a cult member. Literally anything BUT dropping blocks on the floor and then immediately admitting to it.

Oh damn. Hiding them inside the chest is a brilliant idea! That could've been so confusing. Boba puts a row or two of blocks into the box and since she's the first one, people won't know, Mango takes the hood and sees the blocks. Would she think that they were there from the start? Would she think a cultist hid them? Would she even mention it to the others, since it might make her look more suspicious and get her voted off?

The cultists were too nice! They just knocked a few off the top so the whole thing wouldn’t collapse. Boba could have pulled some from the bottom to destabilise the whole thing. Ravs could have toppled the entire thing given how unstable it already was. I do think that one of them would have been caught either way if they’d done that though. Good innocent play from Lewis and Mark though. Lewis keeps the tower stable because he’s first. Mark builds it as high as he can because he’s last. Lydia taking from the sides and then saying “Oh it was super wobbly when I got there” stellar accidental cultist play.
