I am not the biggest fan of ironing, so after much internet sleuthing, I went and got myself a Philips All-in-one ironing solution 8000 series. Whatever that means!
Here's a quick unboxing and my impressions as someone who just wants to cut down on time spent ironing my clothes.

Is there a clicking noise when you’re using the steam? I just got one and notice it’s making a tick tick tick noise when steaming, but stops once I’m not pushing the steam button. Just want to see if that’s normal or not.

Mine does the same. I think it's the steam expanding/steam valve

Just did about an hour ago. Basically if you use the steam button and press like an iron, it works just fine. I found the crease wasn't as sharp, but that's how I like it.

I only have this one so can't speak from experience but the new one does seem to have a bigger iron surface and look sleeker. I suppose it'll come down to if you need more iron or steamer and the price?

@@RaffyHalim yeah true about the design, but the capacity of the new one is only 1.2L comparing to prior model 2L I think this might settle my decision.

Yeah I do hear a clicking noise. I assume it's the steam valve that's making the noise
