This song is such an iconic part of my childhood! Ranma 1/2 was very popular in Mexico in the 90s (alongside many other anime). It's funny because even though it's intended for more of a teen demographic, it was put alongside children cartoons lol. Not that I'm complaining, I loved it so much.

This is lovely! Ranma 1/2 is so much fun so not only can this bring new ears to classical but also you took a throwaway, deceptively simple piece and really made it sing. Also it's nice to see the group continuing to engage during COVID. The way this was edited reminded me a little of Mozart in the Jungle-- I felt like I was following characters (the musicians) and not just the music itself.

You got the wrong 'translation' for this song title! The term "Jajauma" basically means a Pretty Girl who acts Masculine. So the title Correctly Translates as "Don't Make Me Be a Violent Girl." The song is essential sung from Tendou Akane's perspective and it's about how Ranma makes her feel (and at times he is a jerk).
