I suggest leveling up character base on the current gameplay.. For now water character is a must.. In future against demon light character might be in play..

Ngl hwang should be doing break damage on basic hits Core attack. And his 3 stomps should be doing at least weak break on each one and him charged stomp should be doing heavy break. That's the only way to buff him to push him to BEASTY

I still think it was dumb of them to make Choi unable to crit for a paltry amount of extra ATK%. There's no basis for it in the series, and gamewise it's just impairing. His burst window would be on par with Alicia and Cha if it wasn't for the no crit rule (probably, I didn't run calculations lol).

He’s support dps for fights without a break bar or elemental advantage. I feel like that’s pretty on theme for him. He’s never real big on aim either, just fire everywhere, which is another fair argument against crit. + it makes him easier to gear and lets you put your best crit gear on Alicia and Sung. No complaints for me

@@Griswold7Slicer i mean he *CAN* be a support DPS *WITH* crit. Literally everything right now, except him being able to crit. You can build him full atk/def penetration without minding crit and just seeing crit damage on random times. Because him being unable to crit is like having 2 dud substats on your equipment if you have 'healing increased' and 'crit damage/rate'. He can't even take advantage of support skills that raise cdmg/crate. His role is applying defense down + burns, but having crit doesn't take him away from that role strictly.

Nah it’s good that way you don’t need to look for crit stats just buff his attack percentage slightly that’s it he’s still good

@@Gabriel-bx3nu He is not bad but crit based characters already stronger than Choi. And you cant use him with buffers like min cause he buffs crit rate- crit damage. Well you can use him of course but you cant use buffers at full potential due to Choi's non crit trait. And new 8 piece of greed set buff entire team 15 crit rate and 30 crit damage. Guess what useless on Choi. So many disadvantages for an attacker. Stupid idea really. He is supposed to be at least on the same level as Cha or Alicia. He might be even stronger in Manhwa i dont remember.

@@johannmcalister7155 They can give non-crit trait to someone else which is breaker or supporter. Non-crit but %70-100 attack buff i would understand. But %40 feels underwhelming compared to Alicia or Cha. Though he is great nucker and dont need that much time in the battlefield. İ complain because "ultimate hunter" powercrept too early in the game.
