Air conditioners use a commpresser to suck hot air out. Room and ejects it outside the house. This is just a humidifier and fan. While yes, this will cool you off in the short term, adding humidity does not make the room colder. In fact, it lets the air hold in more moisture, which lets the room hold more heat. A fan would literally be better than this since the circulation of air gives off a cooling effect.

Not to mention that by using ice cubes, you are constantly running your freezer to produce more ice cubes to keep the device topped up, which will cause the space you are trying to cool to warm up even faster. This is the equivalent of trying to cool your house by leaving the freezer door open

From my knowledge being an HVAC for 10 years I know that this small little module can I make too much air it might be compared to a small desk fan that you probably found from Dollar tree that uses two AAA batteries for regardless it's a little bit more better because it has humidifier modules in it and you also put ice in it (I saw what you did there 🧐) which makes the illusion that it's cold but in reality it's only probably pushing out air that's probably 56°~67° which don't get me wrong it's still pretty good but it's only good for a desktop it is not good for a whole room you can design one better with a electric duct fan most known as EDF they're mainly seen in the RC community used in RC cars and RC planes and boats and some EDFs can push out 2 lb of thrust!! That's a lot and you can implant that same technology into making a very good desk fan I want you to get inspired by this comment and make something better hopefully you listen to this. 😉😊

this isnt an AC..... ACs use compressor thingys to get rid of hot air and uses the fan thing outside of your house to get rid of the hot air. this thing youre selling is just a fan that blows out water, so youre slowly getting wet (hence the condensation/water on the fan), and its slowly heating the room up.

It's garbage but if you want to buy a good one, IT'S CALLED A ROOM COOLER. You'll do better with a cold air humidifier and a fan. A real air conditioner doesn't cost that much. I once collected them out of the allies in the community. People thought they were use once throw away. They were only $69 for a small one room unit. (That unit will cool up to six rooms.) That same 10,000 btu's unit shouldn't cost more than $200! The water in that scam gets hot quick and you'll be feeling hot air. Get the real thing.
