You should cover more than just the planets and meteor showers. The sky is full of objects that are visible in binoculars or a small telescope.

Light void, Have you ever heard of the phrase “once in a blue moon” meaning occasionally. Well it refers to when there are two full moons in a month. This video if you had watched it carefully you could read that it happens every two and half to three years. No, not really blue.
